Southside Fitness - Mt Gravatt

I purchased a cable machine on line from Southside Fitness which was excellent. Two years later, I needed a replacement part. They shipped it, free of charge, with zero fuss, and it arrived in two days. Brilliant.

Very happy and had a good experience here. The staff are very nice and this gym has all the newly equipment that other's dont. They have the friendly and very professional instructor which very helpful for a beginner like me. Awesome place!!!

Standard trap bars are a difficult item to grab, I've been wanting one for ages but most stores only stock the olympic varient or simply do not re-order them. Pleasently surprised when I saw Southside Fitness had them. Ordered Sunday (24/10/21) at 9pm expecting it to be here within seven days, was here by 10am on Tuesday (Today, 26/10/21), just in time for leg day. Shocked at how fast delivery was.

Build is solid and very clearly brand new, a happy addition to my home gym. Will be using Southside for many of my future purchases.

Purchased an exercise bike from here, we are happy with our purchase, and the bike was cheaper than any other store and no issues once put together , runs smoothly.
I would recommend Southside fitness mount Gravatt.
Even helped us fit in a small car , unlike other stores that would leave you in car park to do yourself.

It is not often that I feel compelled to leave a review online. I bought a lot of equipment from Southside Fitness - Mt Gravatt, which I picked up today. As per other reviews, they have an amazing range to suit all levels and styles of training, at extremely fair prices. However, I awarded 5-stars for the customer service that I received while picking up my order and afterwards, when I discovered two minor items were missing. To the gentleman that helped me load all of my items into my van, thank you. I really appreciated that. Unfortunately, I only discovered the missing items when I got everything home and laid out on the floor. When I went back to the store to pick up the missing items, I received a sincere apology and some complementary items for my trouble. To the gentleman who helped me with that transaction, thank you very much. Southside Fitness - Mt Gravatt has another satisfied customer. I look forward to dealing with them again.

After hunting far and wide for a company who actually had stock in-store which I could try before I bought, I found Southside Fitness!. They had a vast array of equipment on display and I was able to try the exercise bike I wanted. It was on sale for a good price and the staff member who assisted me was so helpful. Can't praise this company enough. A positive recommendation from me!.

Southside Fitness was great - they had stock of the Schwinn bike I wanted faster than anyone else, at a cheaper price with reasonable interstate freight costs. My spin bike (~50kg box) was delivered on Monday morning after I placed my order on Friday morning. Great service and very fast to reply to any emails or questions I had about stock levels. Highly recommended!

Over the last few weeks I've bought an exercise bike, a weights bench and some weights from here. Their showroom is great, being able to see and try what you are going to buy was really useful. I ended up having a minor issue with the equipment I got but their response in dealing with it was outstanding - it's probably been the best customer service experience I've ever had. If you're looking to get some exercise gear or equipment you should definitely give these guys a chance.

The guys at Southside Fitness are Excellent. I have been into the showroom and spoken with them several times by phone about equipment, they have been very helpful, informative, patient, efficient, competitive with their prices and most of all courteous with my queries & questions.
Consequently I have purchased many items from them and will continue to go to them in the future.
I have been so happy with their advice and service.

Impressed! Very happy with SF and since Im now local, I'll definitely be back. Showroom is clean, prices are well indicated and reasonable. Delivery was arranged for a squat cage and Barbell package and arrived only a couple hours later. Finance approved through afterpay in only a few minutes - could not be happier with my purchase or experience dealing with SF - Thanks Legends!
