Update: I called and spoke with Oscar and he was fantastic. He was up front about their error and apologised and did not make excuses. I arranged with him to collect my purchase from their store in Dandenong South the next day, and he refunded the delivery charge without any problem. If I deal with DJ City again, it won't be online but in store. Thanks again Oscar for the great customer service. 5 stars for in store service. 0 stars for online service.

Hugely disappointed with DJ City. Placed order on 18 February thinking that would be enough time to be delivered by 16 March. I called on 14 March for update. Their automated system forced me to request a call back even though I chose to hold to speak to someone. Call back never came. I sent an email after phone call, because I was not confident that all my details - order number, name and phone number were recorded before the recording cut off. No reply to the email either. I will probably never order anything again from DJ City.

Great experience! Sean was incredibly helpful in guiding me to a fantastic pair of headphones, (K-371-BT) and he even managed to lower the price by $140 - very happy.

This place is awesome if you're looking for DJ equipment they have heaps of equipment and the staff are very knowledgeable.

Once again , this little store is not to be ignored! Similar to others in the field DJ city Mansfield in particular , is a place where U can truly go and spend some time on the equpiment turn some knobs push some buttons and reslly get a feel for it all without the huge walk in traffic. The guys and girls here know there knobs and wheels of. Steel including synths and all !

Will be back again ! Cheers for the speakers. They pump!!!

Guy who served us was really nice. I knew what I wanted and he didn't try talk me into something more expensive which I like.

Incredible staff, helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I don't have the best knowledge on audio, but the staff members Blare and Josh, went above and beyond answering any of my questions and never felt like there was any product pushing and instead more trying to really set me up with what I would need and know.

If you're thinking of purchasing or getting into audio equipment, you owe it to yourself to first just check out the store. The setup alone is amazing.

I have just opened a Dinner Theatre Show in Maryborough QLD and in preparation decided to purchase a Sure headset. My needs were very specific as I have numerous wig changes throughout the show. It became apparent after three atempts to order the TH53 Twinplex system from various retailers that stock that was actually available was difficult to locate until I rang DJ City and explained my dilemma to Joshua from the Mansfield Store. After several phone calls and emails I was ecstatic to recieve just in the nick of time thanks to Joshua's exceptional customer service and tenacity my headset and receiver via express post for my final dress rehearsal much to my relief. Awesome experience everytime I walk in their Mansfield store. Josh was superb to deal with and has helped a lot with my purchase. 10/10 would come back again.

Totally impressed with the service, I needed a system for a strongman comp. I don't have much experience in the sound industry but Konrad from Mansfield store was more than helpful with explaining what would be best and at no point did I feel pressured to buy on the spot. We went back and forth for nearly an hour. Upon delivery of items I realised I had either been sent or bought wrong items. This is where Konrad and the company really blew me away, they organised return delivery and sent new items all within a week turnaround.
As a business owner myself, this type of customer service deserves the highest of praise and reviews. Thanks guys and Konrad for all the help and there is only one place I will shop in future.

Just purchased a Rode-caster Pro 2 bundle pack and was assisted by Joshua, who through out the process was not only genuine with his approach but also highly knowledgeable and direct with the direction I should take along with the best tools available to get the job done.

Also special mention to a few of the other boys at store who took the time to explain the visual concepts and really dumb it down for a first timer like myself!
