Always get a great deal here- have used Umart for years! I've come to expect friendly and helpful staff, quick service, easy website ordering and a wide array of products to choose from.

It's been a while since i last visited and I really like the addition of the little robot at the entryway. Very helpful and happy to show me the way to the collection desk (I took a video of it performing this duty lol).

Today I'm waiting on my own online order (left home before I got the confirmation email, got a bit too eager haha) and while I wait I get to test out a very comfy Thermaltake Argent E700 gaming chair!

The smallest of complaints I have about this: I'm the only guy who has a cushy chair! There's around 10 other people waiting in store and they're all standing around awkwardly or seated on the white display plinths.

This would be a great opportunity for some used/returned/display model chairs, desks, office floor mats or even your latest and greatest widescreen monitors~ with the added bonus of everyone being comfortable and having the ability to purchase more products while killing time. The giant MSI dragon has a designated waiting seat, why not the customers too? Hahaha.

Very happy with the service, walked in wanting to buy something that was advertised on their website. Was advised it would take about 15-20 min for my order to be ready which was accurate estimate. Also hard to beat their prices on stock comparing it to competitors.

Bought a pair of drives on Sunday via click and collect, and they're great drives.
Short one cable, I was in the neighbourhood, dropped in on Monday to get one. Dumb me failed to click and collect. But hearing it was all I was after, man at the front fast tracked the extremely minor component and saved me a huge amount of grief.
Ridiculously grateful. UMart's robot warehouse is already a fine thing, but the customer service at the front counter knows EXACTLY what the job is like. Two thumbs up, five stars. I write this from the front door of the Mansfield UMart. Thank you for having good staff, UMart.

Not really a shop to go browsing in, the shop front is sparse. However, if you go on line and view their products and buy online. Your in and out in a flash with your merchandise.
That is not to say that the staff aren't friendly and helpful, they will take the time to answer your questions and direct you to the product your looking for. Browse their website, order online, pickup. Easy, no fuss 😁😎

the guy working the counter this afternoon was really great. awesome customer service & very honest & explained the whole delay situation with instant pickup issues. he was very under the pump with last minute orders and still kept calm and cool. appreciate the service & i definitely will be coming back for more pc stuff. thanks again 👍🏻

Had a really great experience at Umart Mansfield last Friday. Was having issues with my PC and Torin (hope thats the right spelling) provided me with excellent customer support and really went above and beyond trying to figure out what the cause was. I really appreciated his effort and will definitely be shopping at Umart again.

Had a great experience having to troubleshoot PC issues, which resulted in needing to send a faulty motherboard back to the manufacturer for a warranty process. Torren was very helpful throughout the whole process, providing further troubleshooting and resolutions when more issues arose with the replacement board and acted promptly to get my PC functioning again.

I had to return an incorrect component. Totally my mistake. They were helpful and previded a no fuss refund.

They do only take orders online, get that right, and their service is excellent. My son had first-time building dramas and they were only too happy to help out.

My go-to computer store. Great prices and friendly staff. Click-and-collect is very quick.
