My little boy saw Dr Ting this morning. He was amazing! Kind, caring, gentle and thorough. It was so nice to be looked after even though our booking was just to double check something really mild to make sure it didn’t become anything major over the long weekend.

We have been seeing Dr Anug for years now he is a caring and compassionate practitioner. Since moving from hope island we still make the travel for appointments. Reception and nursing staff are also welcoming.

I see dr Mary Anne Lee! She is a delightful, empathetic and knowledge specialist general practitioner. I cannot express my gratitude for her help and guidance. Reception staff are also lovely and efficient. Dr Htyun is also fabulous. Cannot recommend them enough

After having a small accident, and requiring some stitches, I was glad to find this practice open on the weekend. Everyone was very friendly, and I was sorted out and on my way back home in under an hour. Definitely going back here again for anything medical in the future.

Great clinic, and staff always friendly. Plenty of GPs to see with varying specialty areas. Usually can get an appt the next day though sometimes have to wait a few days for my regular GP, at least when I see another one they have all my details. Convenient pathology attached and there’s also nearby chemists and radiology places.

Medicross hope island is good GP practice. Over 5 year period I have seen Dr Sam and Dr Htin. Both are good clear communicators of cause-effect and required action. Tell u what u need to hear. Easy online booking system. Wide window of operating hours 7 days a week. No significant waiting times. Good practice.

My family have been patients at this clinic since it opened and have been so very happy with the care we have received from Dr David OO, and the several other doctors we have seen, notably Dr Sam Aung, Dr Htin Aung Kyaw, and Dr Gurpreet Kaur ...the nursing staff, and always friendly greetings from Amanda and her reception staff.
We have never felt rushed through an appointment, and when necessary have been happy with the referrals we've needed.

I’ve always found it hard to find a GP practice that’s family friendly, accomodating and able to get an appointment quickly (usually the same day with kids). This is such an amazing practice with very friendly and gentle doctors who make appointments with kids a breeze. Very friendly and lovely receptionists as well. Kudos to you all. Thank you - it’s very appreciated and needed in our community. 5 stars!

This medical centre has everything I need. GP, nurses, skin checks women's health and pathology. The staff are professional and it's fairly easy to book an appointment without long wait times.

Best doctors ever. Rarely have to wait longer than appointment time. Nurses awesome and reception staff outstanding. Couldn't recommend highly enough!!!

I have been going to Medicross Hope Island for the past 4 years and I find the staff very professional and very nice behind the desk as it would be such a harder job than it seems, I am also happy with my treatment and from the Docs who have always been so thorough with explaining and cover everything.
Also maccas or 7/11 and takeaway bottle’O same area.

I have seen 3 different doctors here at Medicaid’s Hope Island and each doctor and every visit has always been pleasant, helpful, kind, and great bedside manner. I trust this practice and their doctors.
