Loveliest service yesterday from him. He was so friendly, engaging and sweet to my baby. He actually made small talk and seemed genuinely interested.
For someone of his age I was so impressed with his customer service skills and appreciated the effort he took when putting the shopping straight in my trolley.
Honestly was losing a bit of faith in some of the service I'd received from other younger staff members. As someone whos first job was in a supermarket I know the level of service I was expected to deliver and I'm glad to know there's still good old fashioned customer service within the young generation.

We do our shopping mainly through click and collect...(usually through Coles :S) but wow the pick up area and service was great...Best we have been to and had. Very easy to find aswell (underground).....Think we just fell in love with Woolworths again

Friendly staffs,clean place and most of the products or item that i needed at home is here specially food ingredients.Fresh veggies,fresh fruits and fresh meat and fish.Few restaurant is near by too.

Easy parking can find everything I want here. Clean and staff are helpful and friendly.

I have only ever seen one rude girl in the deli area (pretty, young, blonde) -employed there. I complained and never have seen her there again. Other staff, ALL of them are courteous, kind, lovely and treat my assistance dog and myself beautifully EVERY time. It is a great store and has a happy vibe to it.

I was having a horrible day last week and decided I needed to get a few items from the shops. It was extremely busy and I was waiting in a very long line. I had a lovely employee named Jodi call me over to the express lane (even though I may of had a few extra items in my trolley) and serve me with a beautiful smile and a cheery voice, she turned my whole day around. I walked out of there with a huge smile on my face and just wanted to say thank you to Jodi, what a credit to your store she is.

Just use this store to top up groceries . Staff always friendly and helpful. Store is always clean.

Big store, plenty of parking, next to Aldi, popular with people stocking up.

Always immaculate. V nice fruit and vegetables. They switched off overhead lights while I was there, a once-a-week one hour event for people who otherwise can't see or cope with the brights. Nice gesture, and sums them up, consistently most there seem to try that bit harder. Every time I go, a staff member does something nice.
Also the matching ALDI right next door keeps them competitive.
Easy parking as a rule, but watch out for crazy drivers mostly on approach roads. In carpark drive slow, 2 hard to see pedestrian crossings on way in. I avoid weekends after 10:30am.

Always a clean, well presented and fill of friendly staff. I love going to this Woolworths over the other ones near by. All staff are very kind and super helpful plus friendly. Queensland check in app codes well presented easy to find, with plenty out front to allow customers to flow in as per normal. Opposed to other stores with only 1-2 out front, masks and plenty of hand sanitizer provided if you don’t have your own. I love this store and would recommend a visit too this Woolworths over any others locally

The brightest and biggest Woolies we've been in. Shop here most weeks, never had an issue. Had some great assistance from their florist. Meat department stock some beaut tomahawk steaks, one is more than a feed for two. A new store. As always look forward to shopping here!
