Doughed - Bakehouse Cafe

Got the strawberry matcha which was really nice and didnt have too strong an aftertaste, however it was quite thick. The sandwiches were also great. The chicken schnitzel sandwich was still steaming it was so fresh. The reuben was also really good. Loved the bread. As someone who's wuite fussy about bread, the texture and taste were both definitely to my liking. The bread was almost like brioche, but not so sweet.
The cookies and cream donut was also pretty good, not TOO sweet, but still satisfied my sweet tooth.

Friendly staff who were happy to double check allergens.

Plenty of free parking in the area.

Freshly baked cookies and delicious doughnuts. Their signature strawberry matcher drink is exceptional. Definitely recommend getting that early, especially on the weekend to avoid queueing up.

The sauce was amazing and the doughnuts had great texture and not sickly sweet.

The coffee here is absolutely top notch and the owners are incredibly kind and hard working.

I had an Early Riser for breakfast, a deceptively delicious, simple breakfast sandwich. The donuts are beautiful and expanded cookie selection is a great addition to round out the menu.

Doughed is the breakfast, coffee and treat spot that northern GC has been so desperately needing.

Absolutely love this place! Food & coffee is great, been there multiple times this week already & can’t wait to go back

Best day ever! Have been wanting to try these guys ever since they opened. I can say it was SO GOOD! Everything was just amazing and delicious food, drinks, atmosphere. Thank you to all the team there you guys are doing such an amazing job. I will definitely be back.

There is a reason this place is so busy is because they have the best donuts/coffee/sandwiches in Hope Island! The staff are BEYOND friendly, it's always such a pleasure to visit. The biscoff coffee and matcha is what my dreams are made of. Worth the trip!

All these silly bad reviews because people don’t understand how small businesses work. These guys have been open for one week and the customer base they have already attracted is applaudable. They are obviously trying their best to meet the demand but it’s already so popular it would be impossible. We had the best sandwiches ever and the coffee was delicious, it was so busy and all the staff were extremely calm and pleasant. Keep up the amazing work team.

The sandwiches here are 5 star. As born and bred NYer their Reuben and Mortadella are my two favourites. The crunch of the pickles and sauerkraut mixed with the pastrami and dressing is delish, It’s like a taste of home! My kids love their doughnuts and cookies too. The owners are lovely as well as the staff. You have to get there early on the weekends, the doughnuts and cookies do sell out!

I know it’s only been open for less than a week but I’ve already been four times since it opened. It’s honestly so good. Their coffee is always so nice, and their sandwiches are out of this world delicious. Oh and don’t forget to grab a doughnut or cookie because they also hit hard. Overall 10/10 - would recommend!!!

These guys have done an incredible job especially considering their large crowds in the first week. Everything is cooked fresh so it was well worth the wait. Their schnitzel sandwich was to die for. 10/10 recommend.

Doughed is what the Gold Coast has been missing !! The staff are so amazing, handling the rush with smiles all around. It’s incredible to see everyone getting behind a new small business. Definitely my new local go to - wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Consistently amazing food and coffee! Has been our local for the past couple of years and we are loving the rebrand and new menu additions. Have tried out a few of the sandwiches and treats and they have all been 10/10.

Staff are always kind and service is great. We came here exclusively for the coffee (it’s the best on the coast, hands down), but the food is also top notch! Have tried almost all the sandwiches and will be regularly coming back it’s just THAT good!!

Husband and I visited today for lunch. We both tried the sandwiches, a shake and took some treats home. It was all amazing.
I love that they make everything fresh and from scratch on site.

Incredible food and coffee, you can tell the staff have gone the extra mile to pump food out as fast as they can, the sandwich’s are next level. The 1 star reviews staying there is no stock, the food is obviously that good it’s selling so quick! Can’t wait to come back
