Staff are Super lovely. I walked in during peak drive-thru time and got greeted by the friendliest people! Was having a low morning and they picked me up with great energy and service and a solid coffee.
I’m not one who usually leave reviews, but I had to let it be known.

Called in for the first time yesterday afternoon for coffee and cake and was blown away by the amazing service provided by the team working at the time. They are all fantastic young people providing excellent customer service! We will be back.

Up here from Sydney for a week. I've never experienced such nice customer service in a drive through. Don't know how is possible but at least 5 people said goodmorning to me. Oh and the iced latte was fantastic

Came in drive through this arvo just after midday, and had one of the best coffees I’ve ever had by Stanley (I think was his name). I very rarely leave reviews, but I just had to. Had a quick chat with him also at the window, and was lovely and courteous. Give this boy a proper name badge, and a raise!!

Very busy, but service staff were quick to serve and had a happy demeanour. Pleasant experience.

Every time i come here the service is impeccable, i came in today at around 10.30 and was served by a girl who seems to be new and i just wanted to say she is doing an amazing job!! We got free drink vouchers and we would’ve still been 100% happy with the service however its a nice touch and we will be back soon to use them and hopefully be served by the same girl 💕

I am in totally amazement with how the team on ( SATURDAY 30th) were. My first time here and as a braista. The minute I got to the drive thu his customer serive was Impeccable 10/10. And then waiting at the next window for my drinks the young boys were amazing. For someone who is going through alot of bad days with no power.. they were all the reason I smiled that day. Keep up all the great work guys.

I had the best experience as Zarraffas Pac Pines this morning. I was served by a young lady who seemed to be new and I just wanted to say her service was excellent! She was super polite and professional and really impressed me with her customer service skills. Although it seems that she’s only just started, please give her a promotion and a raise!!! Absolute legend.

I have been coming to this Zaraffas since the day it opened & have always found the staff & service excellent! Today through the drive through I picked up a tall Almond milk Latte, which was the perfect temperature as usual. Also, it was a free one due to the awesome loyalty rewards card & to top it off Cheryl the store Manager, was kind enough to stir in one of my equal tablets for me 👍🤗

Forgot to leave a review - but the young fella working the Mother’s Day weekend had some great customer service!

Super warm, friendly, and inviting - read my order back to me to make sure it was correct, and even made a last minute change without hassle.
Our drinks were also accurate and fresh - all 7 of them.

Commendable service - this kid is going to go far in his career if he maintains that attitude and approach.

I'm a local, and this is where I like to get my coffee from. Every time I have been into the establishment, the team have all been so kind and supportive of each other, emanating a lovely atmosphere. Each time I have been through the drive-through, I have been greeted with a smile and a compliment. The coffee and food are amazing and they are the most lovely people. I will continue to get my coffee here into the future.

I came in this morning before work, ordered my usual at the drive-through, and the workers made my day.

Great coffee, not sure what they do different to other Zarraffa’s but coffee is so much better here. The staff are great and always friendly too!
