Pure Aqua Pool Care

I have been using Pure Aqua Pool Care for many years. Karlie is very knowledgeable about pool maintenance and very helpful with advice. Nathan has always been quick to help when major work, ie new motor, new chlorinator cell, new cleaner etc have to be installed.
Can't recommend them enough.

Good local pool shop. Availed myself of a pool service visit and rundown of pool care. Samples can be taken to the store for analysis and will advise exactly what is required to maintain your in tip top condition. Various scheduled maintainance packages are also available if required.

I enjoyed my experience with Nathan from Pure Aqua. Super down to earth yet still very professional and knowledgeable. I knew nothing about how to take care of a pool and within a couple of days I felt super confident in my abilities thanks to his guidance and the way he explained the pool and equipment connected to it. On top of that, he looked after me with a competitive price for my pool robot and even let me borrow his personal pool robot for a week to make sure It was something I wanted to invest in. For me, that’s the definition of gold star customer service and going above and beyond. Thank you, guys!! Great company…

These guys are awesome. They bent over backwards to help me with some pool lighting. I have been to a couple of pool shops locally and these guys are the best. Very professional and always super friendly.

Karly and Nathan have always looked after us after they took over from the previous owners. Always helpful with advice and will never sell us products that we don’t need. There are heaps of pool shops between us (Upper Coomera) and them but we always go see them because of their level of service. Keep up the good work guys 🤙🏼🤙🏼
