McDonald's Pacific Pines

The staff here were the most loveliest people. Went through drive through and right from the start they were lovely. Joking and smiling and very genuine.

I have been going to this McDonald's since the day it opened and over the years, it has had a steady decline in overall service, the biggest issue being items missing from the order. I always check now before heading off & it seems to have had a substantial improvement over the past 4-5 months 👍
2 days ago, they made a slight error in charging me for those Nutella hotcakes (which they no longer make) so apologised & said we have added a few extra things to your bag, to make up for it! This was a lovely gesture (see Pic) they went to town lol So thanks for the extras & keep up the much better service 😊 9/10

This review is long overdue, but i just wanted to acknowledge the customer service by this lovely young lady i believe last name was Ebens. She was so welcoming and sweet and made sure I had everything. Definitely recommend, we need more workers like her

The staff were friendly and the food was ready before we even got to the window.

One of the only Macca's that can do a mocha properly.

Unfortunately the staff made a mistake and gave us food that was for another car waiting in the drive through. It was a Friday and very busy, No big deal mistakes happen. The staff went above and beyond to fix the issue and even offered us complimentary extras. Very happy with the service

Everything is great. Staff are all kind and foods are good. Kiosks are ok, too.

Went in at a busy time, but the young team were attentive, efficient and friendly. Our grandson later stated. "That was the best Macca's I've ever had."

My grandkids favourite place. Drive through coffee at 4am in the morning awesome. Staff are tired but still manage to give great efficient service with a smile.

Picking up food for clients...they waited till I got there than they put orders together....so to keep food warm.

Love Maccs fast easy service with a Smile Great drive thru then straight back onto the main road or backup 100 yards and pick up some fuel for your car. Keep up the great work..

The manager came out after hearing it was a girls birthday. He offered her free icecream, and took her and her sister to the machine and they made it themselves. Awesome service and made the girls day.

The staff were very helpful, I'm not very good at using the pre-order. I like to order at the counter. We don't have McDonald's very often, the staff were helpful & answered my questions about what I wanted to order. I would go there again.

Jordan the manager I dealt with is great. Courteous and quickly sorted a little issue that I had above my expectations. A good McDonalds, clean and friendly staff serving food promptly.

yes praise the Lord fresh chips could it be such a little better but you know it is a little piggy but know when you look at what it was stuck like maybe it's justified but hey what ships were hot soul to you and they're hard the whole way through look bad saying yeah you can stuff the rest of my water up if you wanted to I'm just happy you got the chips right lol she's taking a photo to use what was I thinking

I like this McDonald's because it's always clean and well staffed. You barely have a long wait when you consider how busy it gets and it's the most consistently good food in the Pac pines area.

Awesome coffee. Though they took a $2 donation from me without asking, for McHappy Day i suppose. Would have been nice to be asked.
