I've been going to this Pharmacy for over 3.5 years. All of my experiences have been positive and lovely. The staff are extremely kind, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. A special thank you to Tina who always greets you with a smile and gives you the best customer service. I left the store feeling uplifted and heard this week by the beautiful staff. Thank you all so much 😁

My daughter recently had her formal make up done by Tina. Not only was the end result stunning, Tina also took a few moments at the beginning to ensure my daughter was relaxed, calm and comfortable. This thoughtful gesture changed the course of the rest of the day for her. She left the chemist feeling excited and beautiful!

Have always been happy with the service, usually only a bit of a wait during busy times. Prices are competitive with other pharmacies and have always been offered cheaper options where applicable.

With the most wonderful gifts, friendly and helpful staff.
Tina has incredible knowledge on all skin care , make-up and perfumes .
The pharmacists are also very helpful 🙂

Got my flu vaccine from Sue. She was very kind and gentle didn’t hurt at all! 10/10 recommend especially if you’re nervous about needles. Ladies at the counter were very kind and helpful too and took the time to look after us even through a rush hour.

Great prescription service. The app is great and easy to use. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, always friendly and super efficient.

When ever hubby & I came here we are alway met with smiling faces from Mike the owner and his staff, they are alway ready to help and give advice regarding our medication or anything also we need to now. Would recommend them to other people anytime.

Just came in to grab a script and while waiting I was looking at La Roche- Posay skincare, a lovely lady named Tina came over and offered to help before going on her lunch break - she was AMAZING and really took the time to explain which products would be good / bad for my skin! She was such a great help, definitely recommend talking to her if you need help with that brand :)

Terrywhite pacific pines is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. I would recommend Sue to anyone who is in need of a good pharmacist and speak Korean. When I have had questions regarding my medicine or vaccination, I have always received a fast and helpful answer. She is incredible and super friendly!

So happy with Micky the Pharmacist. Went to numerous chemist's to get a script filled. Was in very short supply or unavailable. That was until I tried Terry White Pacific Pines. Staff were exceptionally helpful and recieved medication. Thank you so much.

This is the best Chemist on the GC. The pharmacist has gone out of his way to help me sort prescriptions, that other Chemists wouldn’t do. They stoke everything my son needs for his disabilities. Highly recommend

The pharmacy also has great stock, you can buy a wide range of products and I’ve also picked up some beautiful gifts.

Always happy, helpful and efficient. I love this pharmacy. More than once they have helped when I have had an issue with a prescription they have addressed the problem quickly.
The giftware section is really convenient as well. They work long
hours but are always smiling.

I think there were a few little teething problems when they went from just being Chemmart to joking forces with Terry White but it was quickly sorted .
I am always greeted by name & never feel rushed & now particularly in these difficult Covid 19 times they have still managed to give quality service & show kindness although I have seen that they do not always
