Had my 2017 Hyundai Tucson repaired with Hondat Smash not too long ago with just a few what I thought was minor issues which turned into major issues. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe for me to and my daughter to be in whilst on the road.

Justin and his highly professional team went above and beyond in taking care of me and my beloved Golf after a couple of unfortunate incidents left it damaged. When I got it back, it looked like new, inside and out. Business ethics like theirs put them at the top of the ladder, in my opinion.

I recently had a minor mishap in my car and need some work done on the bumper.
Hondat was my first port of call. I was left feeling immediately at ease and confident that my car was in the right hands, and so much so I didn't even bother getting a second quote.
Timing to do the work was prompt and my car was off the road under 48 hours.
They even went the extra mile and touched up a few stone chips in the duco and returned the car all clean. To be fair, I feel I underpaid.

I am absolutely thrilled at the result of my repairs to my vehicle, after collecting it from Hondat Smash Repairs yesterday. The repairs carried out by Blair are immaculate, and the attention to every small detail is obvious. The bumper bar is aligned precisely to the previously damaged panel above, and the vehicle looks brand new. This was such a relief, as I had previously had the vehicle repaired a year ago, by a large repairer in Nerang with a very disappointing result. After expressing my disappointment, I had to return the vehicle for another three day period to rectify what had not been repaired properly in the first place. The whole exercise was extremely inconvenient/frustrating and disappointing and the end result was still unsatisfactory to me.

From the onset of stepping foot into Hondat Smash Repair, I was greeted by a smiling Natasha, whose customer service values are amazing, I felt confident my repairs would be professional, and I was not disappointed.

Natasha introduced me to Justin Rose (Director), and he ensured me I would be happy with the end result. Justin explained in detail the work which would be required to be undertaken, and his professionalism and expertise was very apparent. Although Justin was clearly very busy and in demand, he did not brush me off, and was happy to discuss my repairs, instilling full confidence in the repairs and his team. It is very clear Justin takes pride in all Smash Repairs, whether they are small or large, to align with Hondat's wonderful reputation. His aim was to provide great customer service, as well as superior workmanship.

Yesterday upon collection of the vehicle, which was earlier than expected, (an added bonus), I was astounded at the workmanship. I was extremely thrilled with the vehicle repairs and it looked brand new. The paintwork matched exactly, the workmanship immaculate, and the entire experience was amazing.

Hondat Smash Repairs are the best for customer service and quality of work.

My Honda HRV was hit from behind and was extensively damaged. After the vehicle was assessed it was sent to a smash repair business somewhere in Darra. When the vehicle was returned to me I noticed a very inferior job had been done.

Fortunately my insurance company agreed to let Hondat Smash Repairs do a complete overhaul of the repairs required to make my vehicle seem like new again. Great job.

I can’t thank hondat smash repairs for everything they have done for me, Me and my 2 year old daughter had a car crash 5 weeks ago which wasn’t my fault resulting in my car been written off, I was messed around a little with insurance and other companies but hondat were absolutely amazing they helped me all the way through they constantly kept in communication and they were so amazing when it came to my car not being collected, they are a amazing company and I can’t praise them enough for all the stress they have taken off me!
