Woolworths Booval

I was served by Joseph on no.12 this morning. His service was exceptional. Thank you Joseph, its been a long time since Ive had such fantastic customer service. Woollies you have a great employee. 👍

Our regular go-to. Staff have always been happy to help when we couldn't find what we needed on the shelves. Has a few lines that we couldnt source at other Woolies nearby - score!

Would like to commend Melissa at Woolies Booval for her help in tracking down a sample of T2 Peach Amore. I'm not familar with this product & was looking in the wrong spot. Melissa looked it up & took me to the right spot. A very gracious & helpful lady.

I shopped tonight at Booval store and Alison was looking after the self-serve checkout. Thank you so much for your genuinely friendly, professional customer service Alison. I had my hands full and had dropped an item. Alison was ever so helpful and didn’t seem the least bit annoyed. Old fashioned service with a smile. What a credit you are to Woolworths Booval.

To the Manager,
It's late,and I'm tired but I couldn't go to bed untill I emailed expressing my gratitude to Storm and the night shift crew at Booval Woolworths.
Tonight my home delivery didn't show up.
So I called the store and got Storm on the phone.
Without hesitation she offered to pick my order herself and deliver it if they couldn't track down the driver.
After 30 minutes on the phone on hold to the call centre,she messaged me and said she had gotten through on her end.
After not being able to track down the driver, Storm and the night team picked my order again and at 9.45 she personally delivered it to my door.

I need to add, Storm didn't know this, but I'm a single Mum of 3 kids, I spent all day in lectures ( I study full-time) and work part time. I'm also in the process of packing and moving.  Today the order I placed and was supposed to receive at 7.30 contained my 6 year old daughters Birthday cake and a few things that I could afford to give her in the morning when she woke. Being so busy  and having used the last few dollars  in my bank to purchase these items, there was no way I would have had a chance or the money  to go down to the shop to replace them.

This small act of kindness means my little girl will now wake up to a few ballons, a cake, her favourite cereal and a few small things I could afford from woollies to make her day as special as she is.

As I write this, I feel so overwhelmed that in a company as big as woollies there is (at least at Booval on the night shift)  people like Storm who,unknowingly made an impact on my little girls life by going above and beyond her call of duty.
Thank you Storm ,you have done so much more than I think you realise .

Had great service from Amber today!! She was very helpful when my friends machine wasn't accepting any notes! Amazing customer service and she can get in contact with my friend anytime just email me and I'll give her his number 👌😉

Usually have a good experience at this Woolworths. Terri is by far their best employee...always quick to get through the check out but never rude and perfect amount of small talk

I did a click and collect at WW Booval today at around 4.30. They were very busy and there was only young man bringing out the orders. He was very efficient, polite and did not get flustered. Well done.

Woolworths at Booval should be congratulated in more ways than one ,its,a big call and lm calling it with 5 stars being well worth it, after a Fantastic experience on the 4.1.2021 ,A phone call was put in to the store Department Manager Chris and l spoke in length about this ,Today every one deserves some Respect l pray that some one High up in Woolworths reads this because l will only be to happy to explain the situation and believe me lm still in shock ,tears fill up my eyes in a moving way ,Stop complaining about things and just think for a moment every one is hurting including under our roof but not to busy to let the power to be Woolworths Management how great Booval store is .as a wheelchair person please believe me visit there store and find out 5 stars boy l wish l could do more God bless you all Mrs Kelli and Gavin Smith xx

Love shopping here! Close to home. Just came back from big grocery shop tonight, but there was an awful smell in the store tonight. Asked one of the staff what it was, she didn't know but would find out. Not even two minutes later a gentleman came up and let me know that the smell was due to work being done outside the store in their delivery section. Apologised if was irritating me. Told him, not his fault. Could smell it through my mask.(Covid). But the staff here at Booval are always friendly, have been coming here for five years now. And they always say hello to my daughter, who has downs syndrome,. This is one special Woolworths!! Cheers, Coralie Dart.

We had an issue with click and collect..went inside and it was sorted straight away..best customer service

Always get good service from staff and everyone is friendly and efficient. Sometimes waiting to be served is an issue, but because staff are so good, you don't seem to mind, As the staff are doing their best, and can only do what they are told to do with serving at registers.

Find shopping there better then plainland just more products at booval

Friendly helpful staff and service. Nice clean store. Lots of goodies priced to sell. Lots of Holiday goodies.

Great! Very helpful staff. Store set out differently but everything was accessible. Really appreciated service counter staff tykana? Not sure on spelling but she is excellent!
