Hands down the best coles express I have ever been to. Lol. Amanda the weekend worker needs a pay rise she is so personable and friendly that it seems like something out of a movie. 5 golden stars out of 5.

The young girl Amanda always has a smile on her face and is ready to serve. I’ve never had a problem here and I fill up every week from this servo!

Yes website trading hours are wrong . When a store is closed it's closed it's not going to open it's doors while their counting down their tills at the end of their shift because you think you're special . Some people forget these are service stations that get robbed the safety of staff members is more important than some fool wanting to buy milk at midnight because they don't have their life in order.

Store was fully stocked and customer service was excellent. Thank you Amanda for helping me fix my intermittent phone. 10pm 8/6/19 :)

I went to get bread and milk, the assistant did not acknowledge me entered my purchases, I paid and she just walked away from the counter, I was shocked however as I left she went to the ice freezer and had the nerve to ask is there something wrong and did i say anything as I left the shop, maybe she hadn’t had her coffee but I won’t be going back to Cole’s Express EVER

Was ripped of by Coles over charged me on the drink when in store Web shopping listed it for 2 for $6 when questioned was told she couldn't do anything about it. Coles need to have a number that you can call and get answers for wrong pricing and they also need the staff to know how to call for help. I will loge a complaint with fair trading Australia as this is a breach.

Website opening hours 5am-12am mon-sun,wife just tried to purchase milk 11:07pm Thursday 22-11-18 doors locked,visible staff members inside,so wife calls the landline number to be told by a very rude,unprofessional,obviously untrained or in need of a refresher trying course young lady that there closed & the websites wrong???
