Jacqui is an absolute angel. Super helpful! This bank absolutely blows ANZ out of the water

I was a bit worried prior to coming into this branch bc of the negative reviews, but I had Courtney greet me and help me out straight away. She was very helpful with the couple of things I needed done. I couldn't have had a better experience.

I spoke with Jacqui today and she was absolutely wonderful to all the customers in the bank, not just me. She made the process so easy

I found Mirjana very helpful for sorting out some business accounts and also Mitchell very good helping with refinance of loan.

I have found all the staff at Suncorp Bank (Robina) to be friendly, efficient and polite.

Went in to create a new bank account very late in the afternoon, The ladies behind the service desk went above and beyond to accommodate me. Great Friendly Staff.

Staff are nice, polite but at times do a lot of talking. This would be fine, in a local bank, small town way except, like all other banks, CBA, NAB etc. etc. they are slowly closing down their branches. There was a Suncorp in Nerang. In fact, there was a Westpac, a CBA, a Suncorp and, I think, an ANZ.......now there is one, lonely, Heritage. So, its lovely that the tellers care about their customers so much to talk in depth with them while other customers wait, in long lines, because their local branches have been closed down so, they have to drive from Nerang to Robina where, they might stop awhile to do some shopping, shopping that would have once been done in Nerang so, don't go treating this like a small, local bank experience when Suncorp are just doing what all the big banks do....alienate their customers.

Terrible..... I teller and 15 people waiting. The manager needs to hire more staff! Everyone feels frustrated here and then you are forced to discuss you personal situation in front of everyone else waiting in line!

Absolutely unacceptable wait times... Take the difficult customers aside and keep the tellers moving!

Took time off to rush to the Robina branch to deposit a cheque. Two ladies at the teller told me 'please wait until we're finished'. One was one phone chatting and the other doing some paperwork. Two customers came waited, commented about the 'customer service' and left. When I told them it was taking too long, the lady curtly suggested I should be using the teller machine and that 'it was not her fault if I didn't have my pin with me '. Most discourteous treatment to a customer who's been with the bank for 30+ years. What a disgrace Suncorp...time to shift banks !!

Personal loan. So many layers of unnecessary beaurocricy. Lied to on the phone on a number of occasions. Despite continuously stating my updated email they keep using a old defunct one. Absolutely terrible experience. Most inept customer service i have had the misfortune of experiencing in my life.

Terrible & Rude customer service by Shannon, at par. As if a 1.5 star rating would be noticed by this giant corporation. Suncorp, you really need step in to improve the management of this branch. Almost 6 years of banking and 3 different accounts with you, all gone at once

They don’t even deserve 1 star! So rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend. Rude and arrogant. Never ever will I come to your branch or recommend to anyone.
