Plush Logan

We purchased from Plush recently. It was absolutely easy to work with Florent. We were able to decide the colours we wanted and design our furniture as per requirement. The delivery was prompt and on time. Love the couch!!

Plush is just perfect perfect perfect and as for the sales assistant Chrystal she made the whole process seamless as she listened to what we said and made no attempt to rush us in our decision this was evidenced by letting us leave the store after she had emailed our quotes straight away and then politely followed up a few days later. It’s always a pleasure to have a sales assistant who cares about the customer’s needs by listening and not putting pressure and unnecessary sales gimmicks, Chrystal without a doubt shows a level of knowledge and understands what is great customer service. Now we just need to be patient and wait for our new sofa.

Was very impressed with the service and professional care I received from Chrystal. I’d only just sat down in a modular lounge to test the quality when Chrystal came over. All I had to say was, compact recliner and was immediately directed to the very sofa, in the right colour and fabric, right there in the store room. I was so pleased to be able to take it home with me there and then! All aspects of warranty and product information was explained thoroughly by Chrystal and staff were happy to help me load my car. Would definitely recommend Plush and the friendly staff.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Florent at your Loganholme store today. Florent was kind, courteous, professional & extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to look at the floor plan of our home & was able to map out measurements to help us visualise our seating arrangements, for 2 seperate rooms. It was this service that sealed the deal for us to purchase our 2 sofas, as we were primarily looking for a quote so we can organise our own measurements & seating arrangements at home before we committed to buying. Florent is an absolute credit to your store & in my humble opinion should be in a position to pass on his expertise to all your sales staff. I'm very grateful for all Florent's help today, I've wanted to purchase a plush lounge for the last 14 years & haven't been in a position to do so. After Shopping around all week for a new lounge suite and dealing with rude staff elsewhere, Dave from plush Logan was a breath of fresh air and helped us find the perfect solution to our quirky media room. Excellent service! Can’t Recommend enough!

Chrystal was exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful! Upon finding out that I wasn't prepared to wait the lead time required for a made-to-order sofa she pointed me toward the Clearance stock room where I was lucky enough to find exactly the sofa I wanted, ready to go immediately. She explained product warranties and care very well and was enthusiastic about my finding just what I was looking for. I had been about to purchase from a nearby competitor store but thanks to Chrystal's help ended up with my ideal sofa.

My Mum and I had such a great experience with Tessa this afternoon. She was so patient with us and incredibly knowledgeable with all of the different sofas. We had been to approx 6 other furniture stores and she was by far the best sales assistant we dealt with. So happy with the final choice and can’t wait till the sofas arrive!

Wow, the service from Plush Slacks Creek was amazing, Chrystal offered us a level of service that turned our lounge purchase into a memorable buying experience and one that will see us return for additional items. In our search for a lounge we went to Harvey Norman, Domayne and Focus on Furniture to try and find a suitable lounge, the service and quality of there staff and products were simply worlds apart from Plush.

We purchased a sofa from Plush Logan last year and have continued to be impressed by their service. I can highly recommend dealing with Jerlene. Right from the beginning she was so patient with us as we decided between colours and styles. Jerlene knows her product well , but not once did we feel pushed into making a decision. I have since been back to Plush to purchase a care pack and she even remembered my name and the couch style we went with! I recently spoke to her about getting our couched professionally cleaned and she gave me some great advice too. The "cameo" couch is perfect too, the colour is just right and and of very high quality. Their range of styles and colours is impressive and in time, I'd happily purchase another couch from Plush.

I found their showroom offered an intensive choice of suites. Very happy with Chrystal who explained the benefits of the features and patiently answered the many questions we asked. She was very helpful. This is our second lounge suite we will have bought from Plush.

A sales appraisal is not something that I would normally do. The reason being is that most times I would have bought a product that I have wanted regardless of the salesmanship or lack of it.

But Florent was a totally new and exciting experience for me.

First, I have never had a customer (who was a total stranger) in a store; recommend that l talk to a sales representative about a purchase.

The customer's enthusiasm to talk to Florent was "unreal".

So after being introduced to Florent, by the customer, I was then treated to a professional, comprehensive, and most enjoyable sales experience.

Nothing was too hard, everything was explained, comparisons made, colour, style, quality etc.

He seemed to have the answers at his fingertips before I had asked to questions.

He then presented a folder with all the information that we had discussed. His back-up email to confirm the sale was prompt and detailed.

Florent has my 10/10 and 5 stars.

I certainly would recommend anyone who is in need of furniture to enjoy the experience as I have, and talk to Florent.

If you are looking for a great range of sofas and an exceptionally friendly team, Plush Sofas Logan is the place! Florent was a stand out, explaining things in a friendly and professional manner and was highly knowledgeable across the extensive range Plush offers. Once we’ve decided which sofa to go for, we‘ll be back to see Florent!

Upon entering the store at Logan, we were greeted by Florent with a great big smile and a friendly "Hello". We are building and require 3 lounges, we had our floor plans on hand. Florent asked the right questions and genuinely came across interested in our search for what we were after. He really knew how to find out what we wanted...when we were really not quite sure at the time. He provided really good advise, from sizing that was going to fit well from looking at our plans, colour and went over and beyond to point out his ideas....but still listening to what we wanted. We are very visual people, so we returned the next day with samples of our tile for main area, carpet sample for media room and timber sample for our upstairs. It made all the difference in being able to do this and we only changed one sample colour. Florent was very thorough and really made a point that we understood and were happy with our choices. We would definitely recommend Florent for his service and knowledge, he is just a really nice man and has a good sense of humor too! My husband does not like shopping (at all) and even said upon us leaving that this was his best experience he had ever dealing with sale staff. So it's a 10/10 for our experience with Florent and we will be back for rugs at a later date. Thanks Florent.

We had been to 4 furniture places looking at lounges. We were so delighted with the wide selection of lounges and colour options for our lounge. Florent served us and explained each lounge to us and waited patiently why we tried them all and then answered all our questions. At all the other stores we visited the customer service was poor and so was their product knowledge. Florent was professional, friendly and really interested in explaining everything properly to us, without rushing. He is indeed an asset to your company, we will certainly be telling all our friends looking for a quality lounge, and remind them to ask for Florent. He was also fun.
