I recently bought sofa from Original Furniture. The quality and the service are so equally excellent and even beyond my expectations. And I was also so grateful about the price for the high quality.

I would say it a must see and the first see when you are buying furniture.

Ordered a bed a few weeks ago. The installation team did perfect job. Seems I am not the only creature who likes it 😻😻

I purchased a set of chairs on Boxing Day, they were delivered promptly the next day.
In the last week, I had an issue with one of the chairs and emailed them. They quickly arranged a replacement. Amazing customer service and beautiful products.

Great new furniture store with very pleasant staff. Purchased a lounge suite on Friday and had it delivered, unpacked and in place on Sunday.

I bought a pair of 5 seater lounge suites from them!! The experience with them was fantastic. They priced it well. They encouraged me to flip the future and look inside which no other shops even entertain. They delivered in very reasonable time and cost. They even took away the packaging. Great attitude and great service.

Ordered a sofa and told 10-14 weeks wait as they don't keep them in stock. I was happy to wait as this meant we could pick any fabrics we wanted. 14 weeks went by and no communication. After I followed up was told another 4 weeks. Another 4 weeks gone by and no comms. I followed up, was told we will call you when it gets here... Another 5 weeks, no comms, I followed up again and told "it's just arrived! We can deliver on Sunday". Excellent only took 23 weeks. Delivery was great but when they unpacked there was no legs. After many calls and told "our warehouse is messy that's why we can't find your legs" after 3 days legs were found and someone came and fitted.

No discount or anything could be offered for all the stuffing around eventually gave me a $100 store credit (for a store that sells $4000 sofas...)

Cannot complain about the quality of the sofa but won't be buying from them again, no communication and no stock

Only one staff person in store, who doesn’t like to stand up from her chair & help!! Their products are definitely good quality
