My tooth has been the grateful recipient of some of the best dentistry encountered over 74 years. Professional, courteous ,thoughtful and kind are words to describe ALL the staff at SMILES in Castlemaine. The Dentist explained procedures to me as we went, as well as letting me know where we were timewise, so l felt comfortable and secure. In capable hands. l left the Dentist's chair with the question "why did l put my treatment off?"

Lovely staff, a welcoming and comforting clinic and Dr Afrah is the kindest, most nurturing dentist I’ve ever seen. She makes me genuinely want to look after my teeth!

I was referred here by Bendigo community dental and could not be happier. Afrah and her assistant have been amazing, I also received a phone call checking up after an extraction.

Nobody loves a visit to the dentist. But under the right hands, the unbearable becomes a mild discomfort and what is usually a stressful time becomes no time at all. Thank you Castlemaine Smiles for the smiles that I'm able to give after every visit.

As someone who has a chronic fear of dentists, I had to have a tooth removed. The horror was real, BUT the team at Smiles was fantastic and calming. I didn't feel a thing, and it was done with care and professionalism. They were so good I booked to have a full dental check-up

Had three fillings done in one sitting and was told two were fairly major due to the difficulty of their location.
Not only was the dentist and the nurse professional but they were genuinely caring and concerned for my comfort.
There was no discomfort whatsoever and in fact I drifted in and out of a light sleep as they conducted their work.
I was relaxed, comfortable and felt secure in the work that was being done.
From the chair to front of house, a lovely team to deal with.

I have never ever written this sentence before - but it's true... I actually had FUN at this dental appointment! Awesome staff, so friendly and easygoing, excellent clean and feedback (yes, I PROMISE to floss 3x weekly!) and I left feeling so happy, with sparkling clean teeth. I couldn't recommend more highly.
