Very disappointing, had my tiny dog booked in at 12, 2hours later went to pick her up and she still wasn’t touched, the excuse was I had these big dogs to do, well sorry that not my problem I’m the customer not the owner and if you would’ve communicated things might of been different although this wasn’t the first time but this time it was much longer. Can’t fault their cut but customer service needs improving. Will be looking elsewhere
