I was quite taken aback to have been completely and unequivocally ignored by the Simone Pérèle staff member during my short visit to this store today. Despite being the only customer in the store, I was not greeted, offered assistance nor even acknowledged by the female staff member who continued to complete her tasks around me and stare into the computer somehow without even looking in my direction.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Walked out in tears! Went in and asked if they have some undies I was looking for, the lady looked me up and down and said “we have these but unfortunately we only go up to size 16” I am a size 12/14 not to mention quite self conscious since recently having a baby. Will never ever step foot in there again after being made feel so self conscious. I thought an underwear store’s goal would be to make women feel beautiful.

I walked out of this store with tears running down my face after the woman 'helping' me body shamed me for what she claimed to be my covid kilos..that was after telling me I was podgy. That was just the start of a very traumatic bra fitting, if you can even call it that.
