Oroton Nunawading

I’ve been waiting my dream bag to restock for months, finally they restock but it’s sold out everywhere in days. Looking everywhere but no luck. The oroton team told me to call the shop sometimes they have it at the shop even though said sold out on the website.

I’ve called nunawading outlet, talks to Antonia. She’s such big help and friendly. Thank you Antonia and her colleague today I got my dream bag!

Visited this shop to purchase a specific bag. Staff on duty promptly offered assistance when she saw me looking at my phone while browsing around. That made it so easy to locate the bag as it was a busy time as well. Happy with the service and with the bag I purchased.

Went in to get a bag while they had 50% off store wide. I was greeted with the nicest staff who helped me find the bag and even got me a brand new one from the back. Excellent customer service here :))

This is the most delightful shop in the BrandSmart centre. The ladies serving are so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. So worth a visit! Especially for Christmas shopping or an anytime pop in.
