Great service by Noah. He was patient and helpful with my decision to buy a bike. The size wasn't available so Noah arranged for it to be built. About an hour later I had my bike.

We were looking for a mountain bike for my 11 year old . We were helped by a lovely staff member Jess . She was very knowledgeable , helpful and polite . She suggested a few options but because of low stock availability , we had to go through another bicycle superstore which had stock in hand . She really helped us narrow down our choices . Excellent customer service by Jess .

Alyssa was great. She directed me to the bike I eventually purchased. She was knowledgable and knew all the features of the bike. She recognised my husband and myself after we returned and welcomed us back. All the staff deserve a 5 star for friendliness and service.

Bought my bike from these guys 18 months ago. If I had any issues, the workshop would do their utmost to help even after warranty ended. Had trouble installing a new tubeless tyre. They fixed it for free. Had trouble with gears, they fixed it for free. They're honest and helpful.

Purchased a road bike from these guys and must say it was a great experience from start to end.
I'm not from Melbourne so the sale was done over the phone, very competitive pricing and when I came in to pick up the bike, the team professionally fitted me up in the store.
I've never had a proper setup done before and can't believe how much nicer the bike is to ride.

This shop has great customer service. I've gotten three bikes for me and family here over several years and the hallmark has been giving you the time to talk you through the options. The staff show you how things work, take you through their extensive range, and really try to get to understand you, the kind of riding you do, and what bike would be best for you.
