JB Hi-Fi Nunawading

Visiting the shop towards the end of the day was a good move in this instance. The store was quiet and a staff member was quickly able to grab the item I was after. Friendly, straightforward process. Thank you Tash and team.

Went to buy a new tele and associated extras. Had done my research so had a rough idea. Was served by an extremely helpful guy who didn't try to sell me the most expensive, who listened to me and who explained the various differences. I probably spent a bit more than I was planning to spend but I couldn't speak more highly of my service. Don't know the guy's name but he had a beard...just really helpful and not pushy. Thanks for that.

The headphones I wanted were sold out at another JB and I got referred here instead with the product code. I was so stressed that it wouldn't be in stock and then there weren't any in the cabinet TvT
Some random staff member helped out though and got the headphones down from where they keep the stock. Ladder looked hella rickety, he should get paid more. Overall good experience, the discount on rn took almost a third of the price off.

Went in today to look for a new tv - Alice was sooo so lovely and helpful. She helped me get an awesome deal and was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Thanks for all your help Alice you are a super star 😊

Truly authentic Greek deli/grocery shop. Comprehensive range of both fresh and preserved produce.

Two visits the same day. Went to another store first, looking for a laptop. After 30 minute wait we left & went to JB. Staff were busy, but after a 5 min wait we found one who was attentive, answered questions about what each laptop offered, knowledgeable about the product & all round nice guy.
Returned again after 20 minute wait in first store, again, wanting to buy a tablet. Staff member price matched the item (same sale price online but not displayed in store), knowledgeable about the product, recommended additional item, & clearly went through what limitations & benefits were for the model.
Added bonus, original salesperson spotted us in the store & came over to make sure we had no problems or additional questions.

Customer service here is the best! Alice from the TV department was amazing and organised our TV with a price match that HN and GG wouldn’t. TV was delivered the next day. Delivery guys were great too! Thanks again

Great knowledgeable and helpful staff. 👍 Terrific priced items. Unfortunately they don't have lay-by. Just After-pay option. (Not going down THAT rabbit hole)!!! It's a fairly busy store, so stock flys off the shelf.

My son and I was in yesterday, wanting to buy a beginner level wireless earbuds. He had an idea which one he wants before going in, but after seeing all the choices, we were confused.
Lucky for us, a friendly staff Tash came to the rescue! She was very patient and gave us good advice on different brands and model to help us choose the right one. I have always been shopping at JB, and now with this great experience, I recommend anyone to shop there.

The staff member was a real help with finding the items I was looking for, with such a huge amount of products, it is easy to get lost in the extra features of some of the gadgets. His knowledge was great and he helped me compare items and get the best price with features I wanted. JB actually took the hard work out of my shopping trip 👍

Had a wonderful experience here. Nic was very knowledgeable about the item I was purchasing (headphones). He steered me in the right direction for what I was looking for, and didn't try to sell me the most expensive thing. I am extremely happy with my new headphones, and would recommend this location to anyone looking to make a purchase. 😊

James - Tall guy with beard assisted me choosing mouse and keyboards today 29/01/2023 at Nunawading Jbhifi. I am amazed by his customer service. He provided comprehensive information. He is into computers, gaming and tech for sure, which makes him perfect for this role. I request store manager to note such workers. He is such a nice guy. Today same time I had a horrible experience at good guys before I came to JB hi Fi. I waited 1 hour at good guys before they could help me, moreover they yelled at me. Thank you James.

Went to return something and honestly said to myself - here we go again! I'm sure I'll have to wait till someone becomes free or pretend to not see me or take extra long with a customer, etc. etc. like JB Hi-Fi in Knox is famous for! Well Nunawading store proved me wrong!!! They were quick to come and ask me if I needed help and within minutes I returned something, got the replacement and left with a smile on my face! Way to go guys! Keep up the good work!
