I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Stevie at Bunnings Nunawading, and I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience.

From the moment we approached Stevie, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our needs (two toilets and installation) and recommend the best products for our project. He was also able to answer all of our questions patiently and thoroughly.

Stevie went above and beyond to help us, and we were very impressed with his customer service skills. He is a true asset to Bunnings, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance at the store.

The little cafe is generally operated by a brilliant person. Alanah, they are always friendly, quick and really very pleasant. It’s always nice to grab a coffee and cake as I know they will be there with a smile.

Further to this review I’d like to say that the backbone of this store is girl power. The following staff have gone beyond to help me with various things. From locating items to returns. There’s obviously many more staff that help out but these guys in particular make life at bunnings way easier.

Generally has items in stock that the others don't, even though they say they do online (stock taking practices are better at this store by a significant margin). Staff friendly and helpful.

This is the best Bunnings timber yard around.

I got everything for my retaining wall in a few minutes.

All the timber and other building materials are laid out in an easy to access, drive-through section

Great Place for home improvement needs. There are lots of variety to choose from and with varying quality too. So you will have to choose which option suit you best.
You can get sausage sizzle as part of community fund raiser, usually operating on the weekend only for schools, and charity organisations.
You will always find something else that you do not need now, but thinking you will need it in the future

Big, convenient car park and friendly staff. We used van hire services which was hassle free.

Geoff and Luke were absolutely lovely in helping me find the right tools for fitting a shower head!

Don’t like the car park much but it has always had what I’ve wanted. The delivery service is excellent and very cheap. Highly recommend the delivery service.

A huge thanks to Jac in Garden!🪴What an amazing, patience and incredibly knowledgeable chap. Jac spent considerable time with my grandmother a passionate and well-versed gardener with an extensive shopping list. Jac must be commended by the Bunnings management.

Have good variety of product and services industry and commercial , residential, all of usage and applications support in every Bunnings but Nunawading have more chance to find special things on stock

Great staff and always giving a helping hand

Staff were really helpful when I returned something I'd purchased on click on collect. Nothing wrong with the product but my Mum had died so we hadn't needed it after all, which was something other businesses had told us was "not within their returns policy".

Staff here are really nice and so helpful. The tool shop staff know what they are talking about, helped me find the right size staples. Kids love the playground.

The absolute hunk of a man who was working at the paint desk a few weeks back, -Zach perhaps? His spectacular customer service has me truly speechless. As a senior woman myself it’s so fantastic to see such talent… and HANDSOME talent being displayed by a young gentleman. I strongly urge you to hire more people as such. Kind regards.

Got everything I wanted. Also, while checking out, I asked one of the staff if they had bags for my plants, as I was taking public transport, so I needed an easy way to carry them. They’d run out of bags, and could have left it at that, but went to the trouble of helping me find a box to put my plants in. Was a great help and I really appreciate it.

Good stocks, you can find most of your needs there. Hard to find someone to help though.
