After a horrendous experience at a competitor store I placed an order with Billy Hyde and it was a painless experience from start to finish and a relief after what I experienced at the other store. We have the best experience in Billy Hyde Music. My daughter has been asking me for a guitar and after checking few shops, I decided to take her in this store for a Black Friday sale. Obviously, it was very busy. Staff who greeted us at the front door has been checking with us if someone was assisting us already and went to find someone. The staff who assisted us was excellent. He was very accommodating, answering all questions we have. We never felt that he's pushing for a sale or that we have to hurry so he can assist someone else but of course, we tried not to be a pain too. He even offered to tune the guitar before we leave. They also have a parking space in the basement. Be aware though that they are open at 12pm on Sundays. This store is highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I needed a case for my Epiphone Broadway, I spoke to Steve at the Nunawading store, who went all out to make sure l had the right one, and because I`m fly in, fly out, between him and the lady in Sydney, I had the case at my front door within (3) days.

Great range and staff that knew their stuff and were enthusiastic about finding the right stuff for my indecisive 8 year old. Made it much easier to start him on his musical journey.

Brilliant store with pretty much every brand under the sun. The staff were friendly, helpful and proactive. Easy to speak with and they know their stuff. Easily the best music store in Victoria for any type of musician, since they stock drums, keys, guitars and more and at fair prices.

For me me, it was the warm and friendly customer service when I bought my Ibanez TMB100 bass guitar, bass overdrive and chorus pedal, and Ampeg 30w bass amp!

Love this place. Can buy electric piano, guitar, drums etc.

The experienced staff gave me expert advice and information about the keyboard I need and all the accessories.
He even helped bring the keyboard to the car.

Pros. And they let you plug stuff in and turn it up. Full reference monitors in displayed all plugged in for you ears with pro advice on which to suit.
