Great tasting product that doesn't taste artificial or overly sweet (I got Pea Pro Vanilla, which has just 4 ingredients: organic pea protein isolate, natural flavour, organic vanilla bean and stevia). Fantastic customer service: my parcel was damaged in the post, and Protein Supplies Australia sent me a whole new 500 gram pouch of protein powder, totally free of charge. They also sent me (in the first parcel) a couple of free samples of their other products. Definitely ordering from these guys again!

Tried many different products from protein supplies Australia and thought they deserved a good review.
The WPI pure and WPC Pure in particular mix very well, and are almost tasteless making them great for smoothies or even by themselves.
The collagen powder is also good.
The pine coconut BCAAs also tastes great.

I have just experienced the most amazing customer service. This company has gone well above and beyond to resolve an issue that was in no way, shape or form of their making - much appreciated. I'm also a big fan and long time user of their products.

My new favourite protein. Have tried vanilla and chocolate and both flavours mix well and taste great by themselves. Vanilla really nice added to a smoothie. Definitely buying again

As a gym owner I saw the signage and thought perhaps a local supplement brand could be good for our members, and despite it saying 'all customers welcome' on the sign, i was told by two different ladies to go away and use the online store. Probably won't but thanks for showing me around. Maybe take down the sign also.

Overall poor experience from the customer support through and how long it took from when the order was placed to receiving the product. First and last time ordering. ASN or Nutrition Warehouse are easier and quicker.

flavorless collagen powder tastes like dirty socks and is undrinkable by itself and even with coffee. the company has zero interest in sending me a refund of any kind. they block all negative reviews on their website so who knows how many other people have had the same issue. the customer service was appaling and do not care about the customer at all. they are a disgrace to fellow australians. do not buy collagen from this company

They won't ship my product without sending them bank statements showing my name and address. What a total joke this business is! I only have a day left of protein left and where I place my order last week believing I would have received it by now. They didn't even email me to let me know there is a problem with my order! I will not be making a purchase again!!!
