I can't praise Edward enough for his exceptional assistance in helping my partner and I choose a line trimmer from Ego. While we didn't end up buying one that day, we were truly impressed by his genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Edward spent nearly half an hour walking us through the various options available, explaining the features and benefits of each model in detail. Thank you, Edward, for your five-star service :)

Exceptional customer service from store manager Michael. Michael promptly resolved an order issue by amending my invoice, ensuring warranty coverage. His professionalism exceeded expectations.

Went in to buy a drop saw, Nikki was very helpful and knowledgeable on the leads, power requirements etc, she also knew a lot about blades and applications, good customer service and staff that actually know what they are talking about unlike the big green shed down the road goes a long way in my book. Micheal the manager there is very aware of the requirements to make a tool shop work and serve its purpose. Good work guys keep it up!

Once again went back again today and Micheal is an absolute legend, had a faulty Milwaukee tape, 3 weeks old took it in for repair and even tho the warranty for new buy was expired, Micheal once again went beyond and gifted me a new one. Cannot praise enough!

I can't remember the last time I bought something and the bloke carried it to my car - after spending 30 minutes with me going through accessories and options etc.

Always very helpful staff but I have to give a special mention to Michael who goes to the next level on customer service. Location is very convenient just off the Gateway exit on to Wynnum Rd

Been there 4 times now. Each time customer service is 10/10. Friendly helpful staff greeted at the door each time.
I had to replace a defective part. Called them up, no issues, said to come into store. Walked in 3 days later and the part was waiting for me to swap no questions asked.
Kudos to staff and management here. I know where I’m getting my tools from now on.

I needed to get some PPE for my client, I contacted total tools and spoke with Nathan. He was very helpful and efficently got a quote together for me. Thank you for all your help Nathan.

I’ve gone into Total Tools today absolutely clueless.
I was welcomed immediately and offered assistance from a kind gentleman at the counter.

He helped me find what I needed and walked me back to the register and sold me the item.

Fantastic customer service, I forgot to grab his name but my receipt says salesman Nathan.

Went to Total Tools Tingalpa on Saturday afternoon. Almost had the store to myself. Brooke and Michael both gave me excellent service. Everyone behind the counter was friendly and willing to help.

Shout out to Renae at the TT store Tingalpa. I happened to be in store not long after the store’s grand opening to enquire about speciality Electrical Contracting tools. Renae served me on the day. I was not certain of the part number but did detail a description of the tool and it’s intended purpose. I provided my contact details to Renae and was offered to be contacted after completing research based on my brief. Much to my delight and surprise I was contacted within 30min of leaving the store. The part had been sourced with a quote and lead time provided. I completed the transaction over the phone and was then called by Renae once more when the stock arrived in store. I’ve since been back to store numerous times and have been greeted by my first name. The level of Customer service provided in the above interaction and beyond have been exceedingly professional and personable. TT Tingalpa is now my go to store for all my tool needs.
