The shops aircon was on the frits and it was a good 35+ degree day. But Chris's unique sense of humour was unwavering and he made the best of it while we both were sweating cats and dogs. Chris also helped me out when I couldn't make a decision and spent a good amount of time chasing up other stores for the tool I needed. Bloody top bloke. Cheers Chris.

Staff bent over backwards to help me. I wasn’t sure what I bought would fit in my car. Without hesitation staff came out and helped me try to fit it in. When it couldn’t, there was no fuss, they went straight to helping me organise delivery. Staff could not have been more helpful! My new go to tool shop for sure!

Today I dropped in to follow up a repair that was not properly sealed. I had used the pressure washer for a while so I could have done something wrong. The guys got it sorted straight away. No charge. Even though I had put another 20 hrs on it.

They truly look after the customer.

Cameron is an absolute superstar. Fixed my grinder and even tested it when I was there to be sure to be sure.

Trade Tools Tingalpa were super helpful with a heap i mean a bucket load of questions i had on a list of tools i was looking to upgrade. The team were great especially Alan who went above and beyond even double checking some of the details with Reps on some tools. Even the stuff we had to special order arrived earlier in store than expected and the new pressure washers were all tested and ready to collect very quickly. I was also invited to the grand opening days for some even sharper prices which i absolutely did. Its great to do business with a team that really know their stuff, thanks again see you soon cheers Mick.

Our recent trip to buy tools was a pleasure. Anthony and the team at the Tingalpa store knew their stuff and are definitely worth taking the time to visit an amazing store. Some of the items we wanted need to come from other stores but we happy to wait as the service was polite and professional .

I am stoked that this store has opened in this location, went there today and Anthony was an absolute champion and assisted with everything I required.
This will now be my local store for repairing tools and buying new ones!

Customer service was absolutely excellent, had a fresh apprentice with me and staff was amazing at assisting in all the tools he needed and more! Definitely coming back for more and the store is killing it for being brand new. Assistant Store manager killing it aswell!

Impecable Customer Service from the staff at Trade Tools Tingalpa. I purchased a Compound Saw with stand and they looked after me in every way from price to service. I am only a DIYer, and still was looked after in every way. Also, they are very knowledgable on products they sell. Very happy that this store has opened up near me.
I know that if I need other tools from now on, I will definetly go back to their Tingalpa store. Well done guys.
