I highly recommend Brisbane Air. Barney visited my home and allowed plenty of time to assess my needs and to recommended the 2 split systems that were installed. The office and installation team were professional in the way that they worked together and I was briefed on the operation and wifi option. They came with the knowledge of what had to be done and respected my home given the wet weather at the time. They were friendly, easy to get along with and left the home clean inside and out. It was a pleasure to deal with this company thank you.

We had 3 air-conditioning units installed by Brisbane Air approximately 1 year ago. The team were great from the initial inspection through to installation. We have not had any issues with any of the units during that time and everything has worked perfectly since. If you are looking to get aircon installed look no further.

Brisbane Air installed four split systems in my home and the whole experience was positive. The inspection/quote was quick and comparatively cheap. All work was completed neatly in only one day by their professional and friendly installation team. I'm very happy with the result.

Our initial consult was with James who visited site to view and quote us on a 5 unit install. He is a straight to the point, no B/S person who followed up with a quote next morning as promised.
The quote was “realistic & fair.
Moving ahead with the guaranteed fixed date for installation it was great to see James back (to be clear with the installers) on the exact locations of all units.
The 4 man installation crew (EMPLOYEES) “not contractors” were a group of fellas who worked exceptionally well together. They were respectful, courteous, cleaned up every spec of dust and most importantly the end result was neat and tidy.
Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional business with realistic pricing.

BrisbaneAir recently installed two air conditioning units at our property and cleaned our existing units. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the result. From quote to installation, the team were very pleasant and professional to deal with and I will definitely be using them again and recommending to family and friends.

I have had a very good experience interacting with Brisbane Air. I found James to be thoughtful and he went out of his way, consistently to address any Body Corporate concerns that would be part of the air-conditioning installation process. He did very professionally photo mark-ups which looked well presented and were well received by the committee.
Kerri-Anne who manages the accounts side of things was very quick to reply to emails or phone messages and I found their team to be very attentive and focused on providing considerate and high value customer service. If you are looking to install a Mitsubishi Electric unit in North Brisbane then look no further. They have excellent Google ratings as you can see and my experience seemed to match the reviews that I read prior to meeting the team. I would fully recommend using Brisbane Air. From obtaining the quote, to booking to the workmen arriving was seamless. 3 guys arrived to install the one unit, each introduced themselves- it was completed efficiently and professionally. I am very happy so far-the unit is lovely and quiet.

Very happy with the service and the systems.
Rang for two units and they came and gave us a good quote so we rang to book a few days later. Despite the warnings that Christmas was the busiest time of the year, they were able to slot us in rather than having to wait until the new year.
James and Sam were very friendly and knowledgeable, and set us up quickly. I can't remember the electrician's name sadly because he went out of his way to come back quickly the next day and help us with a power problem not of his making.
Every single person who we dealt with in Bris Air went a bit further than expected to make our home cooler!
