Taco Bell North Lakes

Very impressed. They were understaffed but they hustled. Nice guy working the window the front register and he also cleaned the tables and sweep etc. My taco supreme tasted better (and was fuller-see posted picture) than the Bell where I live near Houston Texas. Clean store-visited Nov 13th around 4:30pm.

My partner and I ordered a burrito meal and an extra burrito around 2pm on a Saturday. Wasn't busy so drive through was fairly quick. Food was fresh, hot and delicious and cheap at $23 Hopeful that wasn't a one off but thank you to the staff at Taco Bell North Lakes 😀

Every aspect of it is awesome it is a must try we got the biggest meal you could and loved it for 2 of us we got to try basically everything with a lot of left overs and don't forget to try there fire sauce....staff were very helpful as it was our first time so we ordered take away and ate in what we wanted and took away the rest will be back

I just received an UNGODLY amount of hot sauce packets with my order and it’s honestly up there with one of the greatest days of my life. 11/10

Ordered a meal for dinner online for pick up on 14/10/23.
On my way my order was cancelled by doordash for some reason.
Went into the restaurant to ask why and I spoke to the manager on.
She was very pleasant and very apologetic even though she and the staff did not cause the problem. I then re-ordered my food at the counter with ease.
Staff very friendly and helpful (in a weird situation)
Tried to go above and beyond tell me they can refund what I just bought and then I just pay doordash (I declined because they didn't cause the issue at all)
and told me if I don't see a refund from doordash in a couple of days to call the store so we can find another solution.

Thank you all again. Food was great.

We had a lovely light dinner here last week. Clean, warm atmosphere, great quality food, friendly service and budget friendly. I loved the self serve music kiosk!! I rang the bell as I left too 😊 Thanks Taco Bell!

Great atmosphere, quirky, and best of all, great food. Was ready in 5 minutes and had great taste and quality. Why go to America when it can come to you!

Down at Taco bell today 22nd Oct 21 Gaby was serving front counter. Our family had a tricky order but she was friendly, courteous and helpful throughout. Really left a good impression on me. I haven't come across such good service in this country in quite a while. Thank you Gaby and Taco Bell for a good time 🙂

Was good food and not a bad price. The cashier was a teenage girl who had a very quiet voice and I couldn't hear her well. They're was loud music playing in the store too which didn't help with hearing.

I always call in when I'm in town. Staff are friendly & help explain and suggest things on the menu. Food is prepared fresh and fast. Meals are always delicious. I've never been given the wrong order, like many of their competitors :)

I received such wonderful customer service here, big shout out to the lovely young lady who served me, you gave such great customer service.

Hayden was very friendly and quick to give us our correct order… the freeze machine went into defrost when we ordered and he was very apologetic despite it not being his fault. Love the service. 😊

I wasn’t expecting such amazing customer service from Taco Bell! The little dark haired girl with nice long eyelashes made my night! You need more of her on your team or to give her a raise!!! You are lucky to have her!

This place is right near all our open homes on a Saturday so it's our go to for a quick bite between opens. Always fresh, fast and yum.

Got the Crunchwrap supreme and a cheesy swirl - both were quite nice! Modern dining area and efficient staff

The young girl Gracie in the drive through was absolutely lovely and made our night with her kind words and determination in her job! She serves us all the time and there’s never a dull moment with her, lovely girl :).
