Brendale Kia

Hi Everyone, I would like to say that I just recently bought a brand new Kia Carnival from Kia in Brendale and would like to give a massive shoutout to Sam who was my salesman and who was excellent to deal with and made everything run smoothly and also a shout out to Peta who was lovely and very helpful with setting up my dash camera and gave me some helpful advice on my new car too. Overall I had a wonderful experience dealing with Kia in Brendale and definitely recommend them and look forward to dealing with them in the future for my car services.

We had looked at multiple car dealerships before getting in touch with Bendale Kia and we can say that Sam is the most genuine, caring and helpful salesman we had out of the 6 or 7 places we had gone to. The attention to detail, not just to the car, but also the people buying the car is one of the most important things that Sam does right. We ordered and Sam & Casey (awesome financial advisor) pushed everything through super quickly with updates every step of the way. Had a great experience at KIA Brendale when we recently purchased our very first brand new car - a Sportage GT-Line. The salesman Steve was very helpful and not pushy.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam originally I first called to check on a certain colour of car, that then went to a meeting 2 days later as that was my next day off.

On this day I met with Sam who straight up was kind and helpful. I picked an entirely different colour to what I originally wanted. Sam was able to source the car for me was originally meant to be a 14 week wait but was surprised and got it 7 weeks early.

When I went to pick it up I was limited on time and Sam was very thorough and quick as I was on my lunch break. I then accidentally left stuff in my old car and Sam kindly dropped them off for me.

I would highly recommend Sam he went above and beyond and still to this day 5 weeks later he gives me a txt weekly to check in and see how the car is going and if I need any help with it. Great customer service. Well done Sam and thanks again.

I brought my new Kia Sportage from these guys, even though I’d never set foot in the sale yard. Colby was amazing at keeping me informed about every aspect of the sale and handled the long distance business with ease. He had it handled and run smoothly with every step of the process. If I ever had a question about what each process was about and why it needed to be done he would always answer it so well and with a friendly manner. Then when it came to the time to pick up my car, it was so good to speak in person. It felt like we knew each other. Best experience ever.

Oh and the Sportage is a dream to drive. Love it.

The Service Team is fantastic. They take such good care of you when you arrive, and explain everything you need to have done, and asked me twice if there was anything I needed checked or was concerned about. I had a minor issue that they immediately addressed for me. It's a busy, high volume facility with a significant level of activity. The staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming, and most importantly very efficient. I was walked to my car and told if I had any issues not to hesitate to call. It's a little thing but it makes a big difference.
This is the dealership I purchased my car from. Overall, I had an exceptionally good experience there as well. The sales process was not difficult, and all aspects of my purchase were clearly explained to me. It can be a daunting experience for many people, but my sale experience left me very comfortable. I felt like there was a very open and honest dialogue, which brings a level of trust to the transaction.

I highly recommend you speak with the team at Kia Brendale if you're looking at purchasing a vehicle.

I brought a Kia Cerato Hatch in April 22 from the moment I walked in the door to make my purchase I have received nothing but the best service which has followed on to my services. I have just had a big service on my car and I spoke to Hayley who was so pleasantly welcoming to me. I was so impressed with her I have decided to tell everyone who wishes to read my review.

Sam, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and polite, and not pushy. Had exactly what I wanted on the lot, so no waiting months for a car. Have spoken to Sam with queries, since taking the car, and nothing is too much trouble. Very very happy with my new car and service at KIA Brendale is awesome.

Brendale Kia have been excellent to deal with for my experience of purchasing my new car. I have been contacted punctually throughout the wait and all transactions have been smooth without feeling any pressure. Every member of staff I have had dealings with, from sales to financing and to the optional extras have been a amazing to deal with, and make you feel welcome and assured throughout.

Apendum: I recently had my first service (3000km/3 month) and I must say that the servicing experience I had with Brendale Kia is head and shoulders above any other dealer servicing I have experienced in the past. None of their staff could be any more helpful and always strive to go above and beyond with their service.

Our Kia had steering issues and was brought to Brendale Kia. Within 3 days our car was fixed and ready to go. The service was most professional and friendly, the repairs not too expensive. This is one on the best service centres in Brisbane North, I highly recommend it.

Had my Sorrento serviced at Brendale KIA for the first time this week. The service was comprehensive and expertly done with a very detailed report provided. Arrival reception was excellent however there was delay in sorting final payment which l put down to new and inexperienced staff who l thought handled the task very well. I shall return.
