Broadbeach Savannah Hotel And Resort

Stayed in room 608 15th/16th of April. Despite the bad reviews I read, we found the direct opposite! Great price for a studio room with spa. It smelt wonderful, clean and had a full size fridge with a large telly with Netflix etc. It even had a stove and a washing machine just outside our door. They even supply washing powder! Yes the doors could have done with a paint but who cares for less than $140! Our balcony had a view of the pool and spa. So close to the beach, casino and Pacific Fair shopping mall. I was even greeted by a friendly man from Fiji upon checking in, who graciously allowed us to check in even though we were a bit early. Totally recommend!!

All went away with door open.
Turned out air conditioning blocked and had mini waterfall which I used towels to soak up
Was late so reported next morning asked about towels only to be told room serviced only if there 7 days.
Little things I know but dampened my experience

My second time staying here and very happy with the price and the room. It is central to where I like to stay on the Gold Coast. Bed is comfortable. Kitchenette is very useful. Air con nice and cold. I enjoyed the pool and sauna on my previous stay too.

A very nice comfortable stay. Everything you could possibly want at your fingertips. Very impressed with in room conveniences and friendly service.

Rooms spacious but we didn't get daily room cleaned new towels ect

Excellent location for what we needed.. room was great with king size bed and kitchenette..
rooms could do with a little jazz up paint wise but other that that we would stay here again

We stayed at the Savannah for 5 nights, we were looking for something basic not over the top, as we only wanted a bed and a bathroom. Our room was great for the two of us, loved the spa in the bath was always refreshing after a big day out exploring the Gold Coast. Yes it was basic but what more do you need it suited us perfectly and we will definately be back, Thankyou

Really enjoyed the heated spa and pool for swimming in.

Also, the room was lovely with fantastic views and good facilities.

We would love to stay in the same place again when we come back to Gold Coast.

My husband and I stayed here for just under a week and we had no issues loved the location and the room was great a full kitchen and spa cannot complain! We definitely will stay here again!

I found the place in perfect location to things (transport,food,bars etc) while staying there
I was lucky enough to be on 9th floor amazing view of night life
I dont like negativity, when people are doing a great job, but maybe tissues in bathroom or kitchen, and make sure towels provided could include fash washer, but honestly lovely place, will be back

Awesome experience here. Great location to shops, beaches, attractions and casino just across the road. Room and premises very clean and would definitely stay here again . I booked a studio apartment which is self contained and spacious. Check in with Lisa was a speedy process with a great smile and friendly service. Thanks for your assistance Lisa. The place was clean and tidy, The bed was great. Excellent to walk to Pacific Fair, Casino, beaches and to many pubs and restaurants. A great spot and very reasonable priced.

A centrally located hotel. Walking distance to the casino. Parking was full, but great to have $10 all night parking two doors down. Great value room with renovated bathroom and crisp white sheets. The large kitchenette was a surprise along with the glimpses of the ocean. Nice pool. All round awesome value.

After booking I sent an email saying I would be arriving before check in time, they replied very quickly to say that they would do their best to have the room ready. Arrived at noon and the room was ready. Reception staff very welcoming and approachable.
Room was very nice not dated or in need of updating.
Just one minus point ........ no access to the gym after 6pm. Access is by key from reception...... reception closes at six pm. Better if access was available using the key fob that was needed for the internal doors and lift
Did not sample the free breakfast so can’t comment on that.
Overall I was pleased with my stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

It is happening to us sweetie. We can't go for a run without speeding happening again. I thought it's Brandy again and she talks to us in private and holds our hands behind our backs and she's really strong you know Brand is always at our place sweetheart.

I found the hotel via a quick search online, and was happy with the affordability for what was on offer. Great value for a fantastic location, with great amenities and very friendly staff. I was happy with the security keys which were very easy to use and made coming and going convenient. The room was well designed and maintained to a clean standard.

We had a lovely time at our stay! The hotel was nice, comfy, clean and spacious. Perfect for family, couples or friends. The pool was so warm too! Great location as well. 5 min walk to draculas, pac fair and casino! Ocean view and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Probably a 10 min drive to surfers.

I have booked the hotel many times and I like it a lot. The last time, I must say that something weird happened. I took a bath and after that I realized that the water came through the walls into the room... part of the carpet was totally wet inside the closet and the corridor. Sorry I wanted to give you the advice before but I forgot.
Anyway this is not something that bothered me at all but is important to tell you because could be maybe really bad for other customers that could complain.
As I said, I don't care personaly but yeah would be good for you to check it for the future.
I will keep going doing bookings with you anyway because I appreciate the idea that I can do early check in there and also I like the prices.

Really enjoyed our stay.The apartment was neat, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was available at no extra cost.

For those who haven't stopped at the Savannah, it is located near the large and modern Pacific Fair shopping centre, close to the tram and bus station. We left our car in the carpark of the resort and used public transport to travel to the theme parks etc. The Go Explore card (adults $10 per day) was excellent value.

The Savannah is also excellent value - it mightn't be ultra modern but it doesn't charge a fortune.

Such a great place close to Pafic Fair and to public transport to get to and from Brisbane Airport. Nice clean and spacious room. Wonderful helpful staff on the front desk. Only issue was our freezer didn’t work properly so our ice cream didn’t freeze and the pool was closed on weekdays for maintenance. Would definitely stay here again.
