Ultra Broadbeach

My family and I have made the Ultra our family getaway for many years now. It has everything we could want and more!! Beautiful ocean views, gorgeous, stunning pool, spa & unit is always clean & modern. We enjoyed using the tennis court for an afternoon game. The location is perfect as we can walk to the beach, Pacific Fair, restaurants etc. We even had a complimentary box of goodies with a welcome note when we arrived. We have created some amazing memories here and most definitely will return again.

Loved it! Has great amenities, lots of space, and welcoming staff. I loved using the gym there. It’s also perfect walking distance between the beach and Pacific Fair shopping centre, so it’s easy to get around! Perfect place to stay in Broadbeach. I’ll miss it.

My partner and I stayed with Ultra Broadbeach for a week from the 27th March. The room was magnificent and the views were amazing. It’s situated perfectly, 300m to the beach and 5 min walk to Woolworths, pacific fair and South Broadbeach Tram and Bus Station. We were well looked after by the ladies in the lobby. Highly recommend this place and they will always do their best to attend to your needs and provide help.
If we come back to Gold Coast we will be staying here again.

Great place to stay. Room, facilities and location were perfect. We received a bottle of champagne and some goodies on arrival as celebrating our 40th anniversary. Such a nice gesture, staff were lovely and very helpful. We would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Great place to stay. Ultra has a sauna, steam room, and basic gym with no free weights, but old people exercise machines and an ergo. Excellent views from level 12. We were on level 12, room 1204 with the 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Washing machine dryer and we’ll kitted out kitchen. Plenty of basement parking and easy to access lifts to rooms from the basement. Netflix capable TVs in the main bedroom and living room.

So glad we chose Ultra Broadbeach! Perfect location for a short walk to the gorgeous beach, park, shops, cafes, restaurants. Our 3-bed sea view room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a spectacular view. The pool and spa are modern and clean, with blue lights that make night swimming lots of fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Staying at Ultra helped make our holiday so relaxing! Highly recommended.

Great place to stay! The location is amazing, short walk to beach, Pacific Fair and Broadbeach restaurants. Best of all they’re family orientated and keep clear of the “party” people that you can hear hanging off balconies as you walk through Broadbeach. We had an amazing week and will be back next year!!

The rooms are be beautiful, spacious and so clean. The view and the balcony is sensational. Walking distance to the beach, tram, Pacific Fair shopping center and heaps of restaurants.
We've stayed at Ultra a few times and always recommend it to anyone staying on the coast.

Great location and incredible value for money. The apartment was spacious and well decorated, had everything you needed for a trip. The view was gorgeous and the staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. We visited just after the QLD lockdown and the staff called to confirm we were still able to come without taking funds which I was so impressed by. Great quality service. Overall would highly recommend and it will definitely be my go to when visiting the Gold Coast

I booked an 11 night stay at ultra broadbeach in June. Unfortunately, my toddler daughter was very sick with a high temperature and was unfit to travel as certified by her doctor. As the policy stated no refund less than 7 days of arrival, I informed them of the situation. To my surprise, they were very understanding and said they will help to refund the entire amount as it was due to unprecedented circumstances. They were also quick to reply my emails and despite some difficulty with credit card issues on my end, they were so patient throughout the whole process to try to resolve the issue. This is such amazing customer service and there is no doubt I will certainly return to ultra very soon again. Amazing two bedroom ocean view room , room is much bigger than normal service apartment , location is good , close to beach and pacific fair . Extremely clean room and the receptionist is very nice , highly recommended 👍🏻.

We had the most wonderful holiday here. Accomodation Excellent, great views, close to all sevices. Beds were comfortable, apartment very clean and quiet. The manager on evening duty went over and above to assist us with a tricky evening booking, she was very kind and understanding. The pool and spa area was just perfect. We wanted for nothing, this comes highly recommended, we will be back definately. Hope you enjoy as much as we have :)

I booked the 3 bedrooms ocean view for 8 nights. I got on the 19th floor.

- Location -
Location of the apartment is well situated closer to Pacific Fair and walking distance to The Oasis. It's near the Pratten Park and the beach. Clinic, Police station and 7-11 are nearby (walking distance).

- Apartment -
Ultra offers fully contained apartment. The front gate to the lobby and carpark are gated. Only with access fobs can enter (or call through the intercom). If you drive, you get free parking at the basement. We were surprised by the completeness of necessities. AND dedicated free WiFi for our 3-bedroom

Kitchen - full cookware, plates, bowls, utensils, kettle, fridge, oven, microwave, 4 point stoves, dishwasher and a 2-bucket basin for washing. Dishwashing detergent was provided. Will need more if you are cooking.

Living & Dining Room - longish towards the balcony. With dining tables for 6, 2 x 3-seater sofa and a tv.

Master Bedroom - TV, attached toilet with shower room and bathtub. 2 basins and a long width mirror. The bedroom itself offers a panorama view of the ocean and a balcony link to the living room balcony. 3 towels, 2 face towels and 1 mat provided. 2 soaps and 2 conditioning shampoo provided.

Bedroom 2 & 3 - one queen size bed and the other 2 singles. Both equipped with wardrobes. Bedroom 2 (queen bed) has a TV in the wardrobe. Windows face the direction of Pacific Fair.

Common Toilet - shower room with 1 basin with ~1 meter width half body mirror. 2 towels for each bedroom, 2 face towels and 1 mat provided. 2 soap and 2 conditioning shampoo provided.

Laundry - washing machine at the bottom with a dryer on top. Laundry detergent was provided for a couple of wash. You probably would need to get more from 7-11 nearby. Iron and ironing board were provided. Clothes pegs were available too.

Balcony - a glass top table for 6 and a magnificent panoramic view of the ocean.

Misc - a vacuum, a few short poles (for laundry) and laundry stand were available. Sand-playing buckets and toys were available. A front yard with 2 pool-side beds for sunbathing (?! I think).

Bed - all the beds were soft and comfy. The pillows are tad too soft though. I used 2 for extra support.

General feedback/comment
- if you are staying for more than 8 nights, do check on the frequency of housekeeping. Those who stayed 8 nights or less do not have any housekeeping. You will have to make provision to arrange/order for housekeeping at the reception.
- the kettle was not clean (very dark stains). I supposed the previous guest had use the kettle to make coffee. We scrubbed and cleaned it a few rounds before we got it back to off-white state before using.

Overall, we had enjoyable stay throughout. Great view, great apartment, great location. Thumbs up.

We have been staying at Ultra broadbeach for many yesrs. We walk everywhere, beautiful reception staff. We received a welcome box as we had to keep canceling due to covid. Keep up the great work..

We were on the 15th floor and the view was absolutely fabulous. The apartment was immaculate and so close to the beach and two shopping centres. The kids had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. Also I would like to thank the Avoca Football Club Victoria who made it possible. We are definitely coming back next year. It was awesome.

Well presented self-contained apartments. Located a few hundred meters from the beach, local restaurants, the G trams, Pacific Fair and The Star Casino. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, accommodation, location, view, everything. We felt very welcomed when we arrived. The ocean view apartment is simply spectacular. Loved the welcome pack as well!

Our recent stay at The Ultra was perfect. The friendly staff went way out of their way to help us with several requests. Handy to good shopping and good restaurants. Clean, modern, comfortable, perfect.
