What a great spot! Beachfront and stunning ocean and city views!
The facilities were all great. I enjoyed the outdoor pool and sauna.
Nice spacious rooms with a great kitchen and balcony.

The traffic spounds were minimal compared to another place we stayed nearby.
I'd happily stay here again.

Wow. 8th floor room 42. Dropped our bags in the room early and went exploring before it was serviced. No problems. Checked out the balcony, in awe one of us commented, hope we see whales while we're here. Mate pointed, just past the surf 2 cruising along. Next 12 days will be remembered forever. Excellent.

A convenient location, next to the beach, they are under construction for the reception however everything was amazing with their support and services. The apartment was so spacious and clean, you won't need the Calm app because you will hear the sound from the ocean every single second there, so chilled and calm for your tired soul after long days of working.

Awesome place to stay. Perfect position for everything. A few more items in the kitchens would help even more.

We loved staying at Carmel by the Sea and will be back again without a doubt. We stayed in a high level 2 bed apartment. So spacious - huge rooms, living and balcony with amazing view. The facilities are fantastic - newly renovated indoor pool spa and sauna was used a lot in august. Outdoor pool and kids pool heated with barely anyone in it so often had the space to ourselves. Tennis court and bbq area also fabulous and spotless, easy to hire tennis racquets and book court.
Only one issue was one of the beds was a little hard and perhaps ready to be replaced.
Also shout out to the permanent residents as they were all so lovely and chatty with our family during our stay.

Very comfortable apartments, excellent location with a beautiful Broadbeach view. Excellent heated pool, tennis court and gardens and really nice, helpful and welcoming management and staff. We like to stay there whenever we’re on the Gold Coast. Oops, I shouldn’t have said that, now everyone will want to stay there😊

Quiet self contained apartment with balcony and gorgeous views in Broadbeach. Steam room, spa, gym, indoor pool, great size outdoor pool with plenty outdoor seating, sheltered outdoor BBQ area. 5 mins walk to Oasis shopping complex.
Park across the roroaroroad and 5 mins walk to Kurrawa Surf club.

We absolutely love staying here each year. The rooms are so nice and big. It is so close to everything you need, only walking distance. The staff are amazing.

After staying at numerous locations here, we have finally found a Hidden gem!! Everything about this place is wonderful. The rooms are huge and spacious. All the staff are absolutely gorgeous and so accommodating with your every whim. Your room overlooks the ocean and it certainly is central to everything! We were only supposed to visit for 3 weeks. After 6 months, we’re still here. I think that says it all.

What a beautiful stay we had at Carmel By Sea. This will be the only place we stay at when we visit the Gold Coast now. The appartments are clean, tidy, modern and very comfy and a bit of luxury without breaking the budget. The appartments are cleaned to perfection and have everything you need for your stay. The views are just breath taking you get from the rooms. On arriving the reception is clean and smells amazing. The facility’s around the property are always clean and the grounds are well maintained. The appartments are just walking distance to pacific fair and oasis shopping centres, walking distance to the beach and parks for kids and the tram that will get you to surfers within 15 mins. This property is well worth staying at on your visit to the Gold Coast. You won’t be disappointed.

2nd time stayer we stayed in penthouse 114 again this yr. Nice to see they have updated some things. We only could get accommodation for 4 nights In Penthouse then had to move to luxury suite 95 for 3. That was beautiful the city views were amazing. Once again girls at reception Catarina, Kylie, Ashama were very friendly we were well looked after. As always a pleasurable stay and will return again. Perfect spot oasis shopping center and restaurants better than Caville Ave. 2 min walk.

There's so much to love about this place. The facilities were excellent and the staff was incredibly helpful but probably the thing that really sealed it was the location. We parked the car and never moved it again. We could walk to Pacific Fair and tons of restaurants. The beach is right across the street and the views are stunning. Unlike Surfers with all the noise, we were able to leave the windows open to listen to waves all night. Loved staying here and we'll definitely be back

I myself have not stayed here however my family frequently visit the Gold Coast and stay here on a regular basis, the apartments are well appointed and have lots of space. The views are stunning and we enjoy visiting them while they are staying.

We checked in and unfortunately our vehicle couldn't fit in the assigned car space and within 5 minutes the staff had it sorted. Great room and view. Cannot recommend highly enough.
