My company Malone's Butchery have been using PBSA in the 2 butcher sites for 7 years now we and have never been happier.

always ready to assist and work through any issues.

i can personally recommend PBSA as my POS system of choice.

support is amazing, i have been caught out a few times on the weekend where a MS office update knocks everything out of wack and the team have talked me through the fix ASAP.

if you want the support of professional software engineers please be prepared to pay. I am sure having the best in the business comes at a cost. and the support costs are reasonable.

Working as a stock controller for a multi-branched, retail and wholesale butchery, PBSA POS is a fantastic all in one solution, from purchase of product all the way to sale to customers. Their support is friendly and efficient, they definitely go above and beyond. Love that they are willing to investigate custom solutions for particular challenges that you may have. Could not recommend enough!

Very happy with the POS equipment & programme we set up in our butcher shop. Darren & staff are always friendly & helpful & I love the help i can get over the phone. PBSA used to be in the pack, but is now mostly irrelevant, due to poor ability to keep pace and under-staffing of good techies.
After four years we've had enough!
...and yes, Darren knows, we are a real customer.
