The woman in reception are always polite.
Nurse Jane Day is really lovely and nice. She always brings a smile to my face.

The ladies at the reception were super nice and friendly.
Dr. Josh was super professional and attentive.

Called in at lunch time with a problem script .The receptionist and the doctor were friendly and most helpful resolving the issue quickly. Most impressed.

The doctors at Point Lonsdale Medical clinic are always very thorough and caring. It is worth the extra drive to go to this clinic.

Made a face to face appointment for today at 12:30. Appointment was made two hours prior and was there at 12:20. Was in chronic pain from back injury. Receptionist said to have a seat. Waited 45 minutes and then watched another person wait 3 minutes before being called in. Questioned receptionist about appointment and she said “oh I had you down for a 12:30 phone consultation” .

Two things .... my phone never rang the whole time I was there and wouldn’t the receptionist look at the booking sheet when I walked in ?

Had a telehealth appt at 9:30am..
Decided to ring in at 10 past 10 as I hadn't yet been called

As i was ringing in and on hold, the clinic called me and i missed it..i rang back within 1 minute to be told I'd lost my spot in the queue and I'd get another call.

10:45 and no calls. Great way to waste your morning!

The internet states that the clinic is open from 7:30 but I am not able to get through as the phone lines are still turned off with an after hours message.
