Really please with our stay. The reception staff were all exceptional, very friendly and helpful.

We had a bit of a maintenance issue with our room that was addressed immediately. Staff showed great empathy. Excellent facilities for the kids to run around and enjoy.

The fire pit area is really beautiful surrounded by native landscaping. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for looking after our family.

My 2 children and I stayed here at the 2 bedroom banksia cabin. Kids loved the pool, the go karts and the games room. A lot of bbq and very clean. Reception girls were great friendly and knowledgeable. The shop was great especially the hot chocolate and has a few necessities you need including fresh milk. We had a gorgeous time and will be back

Fantastic park and location for a family getaway for a wedding. We utilized all the facilities which were clean and extremely child friendly. We stayed in a cabin and used the gym + all play areas as well as the kiosk for morning coffee. Would stay again.

My husband and I stayed in a two bedroom cabin. We have stayed in many cabins all around Victoria. This was the best park we have stayed in. The cabins are fantastic with all mod cons. There are plenty of activities for children to enjoy. We will certainly be back with the rest of our family.

Great location 6 min drive to queenscliff Beach n 8 min drive to Point Lonsdale Beach perfect location close to things . They offer a range if activities for kids. Rooms are very roomy and clean. Definitely worth booking for family holiday

Stayed here because we were going on the blues train. Online booking was easy and staff were super friendly and helpful.

Park was very neat and clean. Free BBQ's just outside our cabin area were also very nice

Only downside for us is that it was just a tad far to walk to the train station at 3.5 km but upside, is it was only 1.3KM to Point Lonsdale.

Had a great stay in our camper in a powered site - amazing facilities and an easy walk to Swan Bay and Port Philip Bay as well as close to shops at Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale and the steam train passes just down the road.
Overall a very classy place

We booked 4 villas for our extended family over the November cup long weekend.
What a great place! Service top notch without being intrusive at all.
Really good facilities including indoor heated pool, shop with take away coffee, games room, huge inflated jumping area and plenty more to entertain the grandkids.
Rooms clean and in very good condition. Nice shady established native gardens.
Decks to share meals and drinks and lots of laughs.
AND when one of the boys was called back a day early to go to QLD and help with the fires, the manager generously refunded one night accomodation without us asking for it. That’s special and is a great indication of the ethics of this Big4 resort.
Our family had a great time together at this resort. We’ll always remember our time here and hold precious memories of our experience here.

We had a great experience at the Big4 Queenscliff Beacon. The little one enjoyed the indoor play centre and swimming pool as well. Highly recommend to everyone who has young ones and enjoy camping with the perks of powered site and showers and toilets onsite.

Got away for the weekend for two nights. We stayed in the 3 room villa, was in a great spot, whole villa was well presented. Staff were friendly and nice. Loved being able to order a coffee through the app for pick up. Kids loved the facilities especially the jumping pillow and heated pool. Your maintenance man that helped us towards the end of our stay was so great and even let my son who loves to tinker get a photo on his buggy. (It honestly made his stay). I look forward to bringing my family back.

We (my husband) also forgot his phone charger, the lovely staff managed to locate it and are sending it back to us. Safe to say customer service even after leaving was top notch.

We stayed in a Two Bedroom Villa and it was very nice, clean, roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed. The parks amenities are great and we really enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The Queenscliff city centre is just
a 5 minute drive away, Ocean Grove is 8 minutes away and there are many nice beaches, including family friendly beaches that are close by. There are a lot of nice restaurants and cafes too.

A fantastic family experience. Spent two weeks and it honestly felt like a home away from home. The location is brilliant and the facilities are top notch, but over and above all of that was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Not one time did we feel anything other than valued and the positive energy was infectious.

Have already booked to come again next year.

If anything, the only improvement that could be made would be with the showers, but overall the quality of this park is top tier.

A beautifully presented park. Clean tidy and well set out. Great amenities. Loved the pool and gym. Had a one bedroom apartment which was a good size and well equipped. Loved the king bed. Will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this holiday park. The staff were always super helpful to make everything as easy as possible and super friendly. Big credit to the groundsmen and cleaners as best kept and cleanest park we have both ever stayed at.

Most incredible caravan park to stay at. So much for the kids to do, pool, jumping pillow, games room the list goes on. The staff are so helpful, and generous with their time, even in the mix of the busiest season. Facilities are clean and modern. A must stay for anyone. Will highly recommend.

What a gem of a place! We turned up with no booking at midday on a Sunday as my wife wasn't feeling well and we had to change our plans for the night. They offered us a cabin on the spot with immediate check in. The cabins are terrific and the facilities second-to-none. The on-site day spa/yoga studio is a great idea, amazing gym, great kids activities. Will return soon with the kids for a longer stay!
