Queenscliff General Store & Take Away

I recently visited this cafe and ordered their coffee along with 4 pastries. The taste was exceptional, making it one of the best experiences I've had. The staff was friendly and efficient, enhancing the overall enjoyment of my visit. 😀

You can taste the difference of the food here compare to other cafes out there.
Everything is well balanced with good texture and well plated. They’ve considered international tastebuds. Great work!

I have been wanting to try this place for a while now, and after the brilliant breakfast burger, exquisite coffee and warm friendly service, I’m annoyed I have only now experienced it for the first time! Definitely coming back here again next time I’m around these parts!

Scrambled eggs and bacon was first rate, a relaxed atmosphere and a good choice of tables indoors and out. Coffee was also very good. Definitely worth your time and money, you won’t be disappointed. We have been a few times just to make sure.

We had breakfast there a few days ago. The flavours, textures and quality of ingredients was amazing, the coffee is in my opinion the perfect flavour/taste, no bitterness, I had mine no sugar just with their honey👍
If you are visiting Queenscliff and you like different flavours and textures and want to eat good quality, fresh whole foods, then give these guys a go you will not be disappointed.

Since having scrambled eggs at the General Store in Queenscliff I now do my own reviews at other locations.
To date I have not had scrambled eggs anywhere as good as these guys dish up.
Would love to find out their method.

Excellent service, excellent coffee (Long Black over ice)

Just having a most excellent coffee and Portuguese tart here now. Also just purchased the spread in the photo. Being only a ‘one coffee a day’ person I like to ensure the coffee gives a decent taste and hit without having to order an extra shot - and this coffee didn’t disappoint. It was excellent and the tart scrumptious. Highly recommend this venue.

Out of this world breakfast. I finished my meal (Avo Toast) wanting more but knowing I was stuffed. Kind and generous service with excellent coffee. A must visit in Queenscliff.

Excellent staff and quality meals and beverages. The cafe was probably at half capacity and my eggs on toast came out in less than 5 minutes and we're just perfect. They were even delivered by one of the chefs as the FOH was taking orders. So refreshing to see happy, friendly chefs!!

Had the Avo on toast and the chilli eggs.. both on point... the chilli egg wa sacrually quite good! was sort of crowded but laid back as it should be... service was good the coffee was good and the pricing was reasonable...

Friendly service and delicious food, with gluten free bread.

One of the nicer places we tried in Queenscliff. Had an enjoyable breakfast with the family. Highly recommended.

Fast, friendly service, tasty food, plenty of parking, inside, outside parking. Great place to stop, eat, drink or takeaway (everything is available for takeaway) great coffee.
Definitely do yourself a favour and give it a try.
