BCF

Went in to exchange a Christmas present today at about 5:15pm. Only chance I've had to get over to Shepp since christmas. Was fantastic customer service!

Took my 6 year old son in to use his BCF gift card. My son approached a worker (Jamieson) in the store to enquire on the price of a tacklebox and then went on his way looking at lures. Jamieson was then working in the same area. My son then requested more assistance from him with choosing items to fill up the tackle box he selected. Jamieson dropped everything he was doing and spent the next 20 minutes helping my son choose all the right fishing equipment needed. Jamiesons knowledge and patience was outstanding and really made my sons shopping experience a breeze. Was hands down, the best customer service ever received. 10/10!

Purchased a yeti from here, the bloke was knowledgeable and helpful which was good.

I actually visited twice in 2 days. The staff were great. Bubbly & helpful, especially the store manager. The 1st day, I was just passing thru, I purchased a tent for the side of my gazebo, worked a treat, much bigger than one I purchased yrs ago.
The next day, after I'd checked the special email... I went in & they went above & beyond, locating me 3 x sleeping bags at other stores as they'd run out of stock in the specials catalogue & had them sent to my place.

The lady sold me some ratched straps she explained how they worked I have never used them before she went through great detail to show me how they worked I'm pleased I bought them she was so helpful she was great I will be back for her service

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The guy with the beard (sorry forgot your name) is the friendliest and best brand ambassador the BCF could have I hope he is paid really well he deserves it.

Had the cheap but strong kayak wall mounting bracket was after to mount Hobiè on garage wall. Staff friendly & helpful. Reasonable/comparable price

Friendly staff. Lots of boating, camping and fishing equipment of course. Bought a trailer light board from them and a rechargeable fan. The fan was a bit on the noisey side but they replaced it with one that works great. Affordable prices on most items. Great quaility. Just call and ask if they have what ever you are looking for. Great assortment, Much more than most.

Great store and plenty of bargains to grab but don't forget to become a member good discount on some items.

All the staff were fantastic. Rob was great explaining the Garmin depth sounder.

I always go there for my fishing rods and tackle needs. Can always get good deal specially for rods. Good staff at hand as well.
