Quest Waterfront

The staff were amazing. I had to have an operation and was unable to use stairs & our original booking was with quest savoy but the lovely staff changed our room in to their partner hotel at quest waterfront as the one we were staying in had the lift out of service. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely use their hotels again when staying in Hobart. Highly recommend staying here. Parking is limited at quest waterfront and there is no parking at quest savoy but quest savoy do have reserved parking as well as discounted parking at a nearby parking centre.

Wow! I have never had better, or more personal service at a hotel.

Quest Waterfront were extremely accommodating and helpful when our group holiday reunion accommodation fell through, and we needed to find urgent accommodation for 6 families.

They sorted out rooms which suited each family's requirements, and welcomed us with warmth and efficiency.

The rooms themselves were all wonderful and we were thrilled with the location. We made the most of all of the local eats, drinks, coffees, parks and sights.

Thank you so much, Quest Waterfront! You saved our holiday. We can't wait to revisit.

Many of the other reviews I read about this accomodation refer to the amazing staff- and I couldn’t agree more. The room and location were great, but what stood out most was the service we received. We were a group of 6 families needing immediate accommodation and Robyn and team went above and beyond to help us. I couldn’t recommend Quest Waterfront more highly.

It's the outstanding rare amazing customer service.
After a dreadful experience with Hobart airport I was ready to go home.
Thankgod for front office manager sue and her amazing HOUSE keeper also sue .
They both listened to my concerns and graciously upgraded as to a better room which in turn made me want to stay on .
In a time where the world has gone made it is a rare thing to find a person who really truly cares about others
To sue and sue Thankyou for being you and providing us with the most personable service and care anyone could ever wish for .
You have made a very big difference to our stay.

In the best place to get to all attractions. Room was spotless, bed very comfortable. Recommended for anyone who wants to be in the midst of everything.... definitely not 5 star but very good value

We had an amazing experience at Quest waterfront. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed each and every moment staying there. We all slept well as well as it was just like home. Sue at reception provided the best service ever.😁😁

I book a room for my birthday over the weekend I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but we Loved our stay staff was really friendly room was clean beautiful newly renovated bathroom Our bed was super comfy definitely will be back to stay again

Stayed here during Dark Mofo 2021 for 5 days. Very comfortable, clean and close to the action. The staff on the front desk were welcoming, and was cleaned daily, except Sunday's.

We had a self-contained kitchen, so we did a small shop in the fantastic Salamanca Fresh IGA, with some delicious Deli food to reheat for long days.. and made simple microwave omelets in the morning. The basics were provided with full dinner seat, cutlery, microwave dish, electric frypan, plus coffee, tea, sugar and small milk.

Loved the shower/bath with the spa feature. The basics provided here too with shampoo, conditioner and soap, plus hairdryer.

Will definitely stay here again.

My sister's and I were in Hobart under very tragic circumstances. The room was all we could ask for a comfortable stay, Robin the manager was so lovely, kind and helpful at a time when we needed it. The Quest is in a perfect location we enjoyed walks along the water front and it is very close to Hobart hospital. Thankyou also too Clare who has a lovely smile and also showed us warmth and compassion. House keeping staff also gave us any thing we needed with a smile. I am hoping to return to Hobart one day and will definitely be checking in to the Hobart water front apartments. Thankyou again Robin and Crew human kindness lives here.

Great accomodation. Great location, near the waterports and the museums, walking distance to the Salamanca Markets and to so many other attractions in Hobart. The rooms were well furnished, beds were comfortable and the tea was spectacular. 10/10

A very nice room, 4 of us stayed and had ample room, parking made it even more easy, I think there is parking mostly at the weekend and after 5pm... staff very friendly and happy to oblige

The 2 ladies at the front desk were great. The room was nice and clean and is in a brilliant location and 1 minute from everything. The location was perfect

Location is fantastic, right next to Salamanca Place and practically at the ferry that goes to MONA. Staff were very helpful and accommodating of us and our one year old daughter.

Friendly service. Clean large rooms. Decent location. Quiet. Alittle older, Parking can be a little tricky.

Big thanks to Claire who put money in the parking meter for me as the meter man came by to ensure I didn't get a ticket! Never stayed at a place with that level of service, 10/10!
