I'm struggling with some of these reviews. I'm unsure what the general public expect.
My wife and I were in Childers (awesome town & community I have to add) when my wife couldn't eat food as the pain in her mouth was truly hurting her. I looks in her mouth and discover a mouth ulser. Tells her she's finally discovered what pain the kids were really in past times, haha, Kalmar. Your welcome kids.
Takes her into the pharmacy, a lovely pharmacist confirms it's an user, recommends a mouth wash we'd never heard of, "CEPACAINE" and the pain was resolved, ulser cleared up, all ends well.

Friendly staff and good service

The store is clean and well laid out, but the speed of the staff is the biggest let down. So slow, no sense of urgency You can sit and wait, your name never gets called out. Sometimes you need to ask and they say it’s not ready yet, however it’s on the shelf waiting. This has happened too many times. There’s also been over a dozen times I’ve asked for a script to be ready for collection with a phone order, yet get into store and they still have not processed it. Over all, the service really is substandard and needs a major improvement.

Absolutely disgusting. While struggling with an asthma attack . Visibly struggling. They make me provide my doctors details to verify it. This is by far the most disgusting treatment I have ever received from a supposed health professional .
I am writing this as I am literally sitting in the shop struggling to breathe .

When purchasing paracetamol for a cancer patient March 2021, paracetamol not opioids, limited to one box only, had to give personal details for labelling (never had to do that before?) I was treated like a criminal by the pharmacist and will never return, ever. Clearly does not understand cancer patients needs.

often unhelpful, frequently refuses sale of basic over the counter medications for banal reasons. complaint lodged with office for health ombudsman because refusing ventolin to an asthmatic seems a little dangerous.
