He helped go through our finances so that we felt confident putting in an offer on a new property (we put in a few offers before finally having once accepted). Mike and Julia were ready to go once we had a contract and got our finance approved quickly at a fantastic interest rate. Lots of hard work behind the scenes but Julia and Mike always made time to communicate and keep us updated. Very happy with their service and the outcome.
