Rea Boutique Hotel

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Rea, and cannot express how delighted we were with the experience. This hidden gem by the water and bay offers exceptional facilities and thoughtful touches that made our stay truly memorable.

First and foremost, the highlight of the stay was the stunning bath in the luxury room overlooking the water and bay. It's not often you get to relax in such a luxurious setting with a view that takes your breath away. The room was tastefully decorated and provided the perfect ambiance for a tranquil getaway.

The Rea Boutique Hotel went above and beyond with their attention to detail. Nestoras personally gave us a daily delivery of fresh fruit right from their garden - which was a delightful surprise. Nice extra touches like a complimentary bottle of champaign were really wonderful. They also offer towels and the convenience of private beach beds, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful beachfront.

Nestoras and his family & staff were not only friendly but also incredibly lovely and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed and at home throughout our 3-night stay, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed.

In summary, an unforgettable experience with its remarkable facilities, breathtaking bath, thoughtful touches, and friendly staff. If you're looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect destination. I can't wait to return and relive the magic of this extraordinary hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in October and it was super nice!

The rooms are super clean, nicely decorated and with lovely views. The breakfast is delicious and it’s nice that it’s “a la carte” and the owners care about food waste.

Every little detail has been thought about, would definitely recommend this place!

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The view is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is also very good! Yes, it’s a bit more expensive than other hotels but it’s definitely worth every penny.

We had a great experience here. Very friendly service and even as our rental car broke down, the staff at the hotel did their very best to help us out.
Location wise, it is nice and quiet at the end of the promenade.
Personal highlight was the breakfast: beautiful view over the city and ocean, fresh and large all-you-can-eat portions.

We recently stayed at Rea Boutique, a beautiful family run and family friendly hotel. We stayed in one of their Luxury Rooms, "Rhea", which is a sea-facing room with a spectacular view of Himare beach and harbour, which came with complementary Prosecco! The cleanliness and decor of the room was out of this world. I wish I could've booked more days! Nestoras (The father and main Hotel manager) is a fantastic, friendly, and hospitable man. Whilst we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, the breakfasts are absolutely luxury.

I'd highly recommend to book early to grab one of the Seaview rooms 5/5 stars!! Will definitely book again!

We have had an amazing 6 night stay at Rea with our toddler and friends who also have a small baby. The family have been very accommodating and kind and have created a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast is absolutely delicious.. fresh eggs, fruits and some local delicacies! Would 100% recommend and suitable if you have children!

Awesome boutique hotel on a perfect location. You are on a 50 meters from the promenade and from the bars, restaurants, etc. Very nice hosts, they will help you with everything that you need. They speak English, Albanian, Greek. Some of the rooms are with perfect sea view.

This place is honestly an experience itself, nestled between the mountains and the crystal-clear sea. Himarë is a charming coastal town in the southern part of Albania 🗺

🛌Rooms are super clean, modern and lovely designed. There was not a single thing we wouldn't like. Definitely a bucket list if you're planing a trip to this area!

Really lovely hotel with a luxury touch which most hotels in the area don’t offer. If you book early enough and can get a sea facing room it’s amazing as it’s right on the coast. Owners are a family who are super nice and attentive. Great breakfast too.

Lovely. little, modern family run hotel. The family who runs this place can not do enough for you as the guest. Rooms modern, strong AC. Breakfast made to order. Be aware there are only 8 rooms and very hard to get reservations. We had a room facing the mountain… no issue just lucky we could get one. Wonderful stay.

Our stay at Rea Boutique Hotel was excellent.

Nestoras and his wife, along with their staff, were accommodating and helpful, especially when we needed help with arranging private transfers and with planning for our bus back to Sarandë.

The room was immaculately presented, the bathroom facilities were modern, the towels and linen was comfortable and changed daily. We stayed in one of the Premium Deluxe rooms which had a spectacular sea view and a luxurious bathtub. I would recommend that room to everyone if you're able to afford it - it's worth every penny.

Breakfast was offered (at a slight additional cost) every morning we stayed. We enjoyed it so much on our first day that we decided straight away to eat there every morning. There's a good variety for most diets. Each dish was home-made, and completely delicious. The coffee was barista quality, and delicious. The 'homemade pancakes' were our favourite part, but the rotation of sweet cakes were great too.

The hotel is very well located - very close to the promenade with the most convenient restaurants, and close to supermarkets too. The adjacent beach is nice, and they've even got some private sun loungers / beds for hotel guests only. It's easy to get to the port and bus station, and you can easily get to the most popular tourist places in Himarë, including Livadi beach, Potami beach, Himarë castle and Porto Palermo. The mountain and sea views are spectacular, and the area is safe too.

I'd recommend Rea Boutique Hotel to anyone travelling the beautiful Albanian riviera.

This was an incredible stay the family that run this place are so hospitable. It’s right on the beach front with its own parasols and incredible views at breakfast. They gave great recommendations and even helped me to fix my shoe! They went out of our way for our every need highly recommend!!

rea boutique hotel was such an amazing stay for us on our trip to albania. sadly we only were in himare for one night, because we really enjoyed the room and service! i think the breakfast eggs and vegetables (+ this amazing passion fruit!) may have been the best food i had all trip. just the best place!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The view from sea view room was incredible. We spent several days just enjoying it. The room was spotless, modern and quite large. I loved taking a bath with the beautiful view. The breakfast was amazing. So much fresh fruit from their garden. The owners and staff were so kind and made everything so easy. I was sad to leave.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. They were so accommodating and lovely to us, provided us with a vegan breakfast including chocolate chip strawberry pancakes!

The Service is very good, the team takes care of their guests n makes everything to make staying in hotel comfortable! Reception service was super friendly, helped us with booking and choosing the room. Room is fantastic and has an amazing view on the sea. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. Lage breakfast menu with tasty food

We had one of the rooms with a sea view and it was stunning. Lovely to wake up to that sea view. The rooms were spotless and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.
The staff even ran to get something from the pharmacy for us. Breakfast was nice but very sweet!

Nestoras was so kind when I had to cancel my booking. They went through a lot of effort to make sure I wasn’t charged as I cancelled quickly after booking and they stay wasn’t for 4 months. We haven’t been to Albania before but one of the reasons we chose this beautiful country is because Albanians are some of the friendliest, nicest people in the world, and it definitely appears that statement is correct!
