Top Greek restaurant with some very tasty food located on the beach of Himarë. It’s very famous here and is a go to place when it comes to eating traditional Greek/Albanian food.

I recommend to share some of the starters, japrak, aubergine, tzaziki, and the baked feta cheese.

After that, let’s go with some of the good meat and gyros they have, kebab, chicken and pork. Their meat is very tasty and it comes with fries, sauce and a bit of salad to do mini souvlakis.

Prices are cheap, not the cheapest we’ve seen but for the location is good! The service is nice, and fast.

I highly recommend this place!

An excellent restaurant of authentic Greek cuisine. In my opinion, the best establishment in Himare. All the dishes that we ordered for several dinners were excellent and without complaints. Great flavors, big portions, good prices. I recommend trying their Moussaka and the extraordinary local "Himare salad".

We were driving up to Vlorë from Gjirokastër and stopped on the way to have dinner.
It was amazing!

I like Greek food, and it was good in this restaurant. Portions were big enough.

As a foodie, I seek out great restaurants and had a few tries once arrived to Himare before I found this gem. This place is a must try. It is not only meat- and I saw a few vegetarians leave but for anyone who loves grilled vegetables, this place is amazing. So do try it even if you are not a meat eater! They do not have any fish as it is not their specialty but the meat and vegetable dishes are the best I had in Himare while being there for about a week.

Firstly, Antonia (the owner and main chef), makes daily specials that are not on the menu. They are fantastic, home-made choices from Greek cuisine made fresh daily. While I ate there (everyday for a week after I discovered this place), I had moussaka, Pastitsio,orzo with lamb, meat balls soup, roasted tomatoes eggplant and peppers stuffed with rice, slow roasted pork and a Greek specialty called Kokoretsi (this is not everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s definitely yummy if you like this kind of food). I highly recommend to come around 1-2pm for lunch, it is not too busy and the special menu is made for around then (they do not have large amounts of those dishes, so they are always super fresh and incredibly yummy!)

The gyros and souvlaki are very fresh and the taste is great too but my absolute favourite from the “regular” menu is their Greek salad. It’s so good and the tomatoes as well as feta are the best I had in Himare!

Portions are generous and it is very well priced. Mains can cost you between 7-9 euros while the Greek salad is 4.5euros. There is a lovely outdoor seating (it is by the road but it has a nice ambiance with trees surrounding the tables). It really is home cooked food that tastes great, staff that are friendly and speak English as well as clean toilet facilities.

They also have dessert, made by Antonia daily- I experienced incredible walnut and honey cake, yoghurt, kind of candied cherries and 3 leches cake. I am not a big cake person but these were so amazing that I had a dessert with almost every meal! You can check out photos their food on their Instagram but I am attaching a few here

We have been to Himarë several times and this time came for a week. We have been eating at To Steki nearly every day, as the food and experience is like you’ve gone to someone’s home. It is just absolutely incredible quality, taste, as well as pricing. Antonia is a sweetheart and asked us to call and let her know what she could cook for us. Ari served us very well every time we ate here and all ensured we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this to everyone visiting Himarë. While vegan and vegetarian options are somewhat limited, I would ask Antonia and she will likely accommodate!!

Great food, great value, wonderful staff and a great view. Located on the promenade this was a good spot to visit after a dip in the sea for a snack and drinks. We loved their Greek salad, skewers and the gyro pitas! Friendly and helpful staff and tasty food!

Great food, prompt service ! The grilled vegetables, stuffed peppers and zuchini balls are delights for vegetarians. And great view right on the main beach promenade.

We visited the restaurant often during our stay. It has an extensive menu with barbecue, seafood, salads and drinks. Our favorite was the gyro. You can pay by card which is a rarity in Himare.

Amazing food and service! You will feel like you are in Greece!

This is a very good Greek restaurant on Himare’s beachfront. The food is delicious, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. (*they are also one of the few places we’ve encountered that accept credit cards).

We’ve treated ourselves to their moussaka, the stuffed vegetable platter, as well as tzatziki and pita bread (the tzatziki is so good we’ve ordered takeaway containers two of the last three nights).

The moussaka (a dish we always seek out, btw) is served in a medium size ceramic ramekin, and is enough for one person and perfect for sharing with a second dish. Their version has a unique flavour; ever so slightly sweet with rich, herbal undertones. We could eat this dish all day long.

The veggies (yellow pepper and tomatoes the day we ordered) were stuffed with perfectly prepared, slightly spiced rice - then baked to a tasty, slightly caramelized finish. Again, this was a perfect dish to accompany other mains.

Their tzatziki is fabulous with great flavour balance (we find some tzatzikis are far too garlic-heavy to let the more nuanced flavours shine). The warm Albanian-style pita bread that they serve is perfect for scooping loads of flavour into your mouth.

Accompanied by two ice cold sodas (lemon and orange) this delicious lunch was only 1,850L (*the takeaway tzatziki with pita bread we mention is only 350L). Great value for money; highly recommended.

By far the best meal we had in Himare. Greek salad, pork skewer and pork gyros were all delicious. Huge portions, fresh and so tasty. Friendly service and reasonably priced. Highly recommended

Easily one of the best Greek food I've had. Chicken gyros was amazing and the tzatziki sauce was beyond delicious!

The only restaurant that accepts cards in Himare! Thank you for being a European progressive restaurant! Except for this, very tasty dishes 😋 I tried many different dishes there: traditional, vegetarian, seafood, coffee. Everything is delicious. Once I even ordered an omelette which wasn't in the menu, but they cooked it! And it was the best among all omelettes I tried in Himare.

Very delicious food with quite good price. People were so friendly and kind. We would definitely recommend here.

Very VERY good food. It's located in the promenade right by the beach. At lunch we had fried calamari and Greek salad - both fresh and tasty and we went back for dinner. The skewers were well grilled and juicy and the orzo with lamb is very flavourful and delicious.
