Jale Beach

Jala beach is relatively small, but beautiful.
The water is clear, the current is not too strong.

A friendly place with great view.

We have not tried the restaurants there but I'm sure they are normal.

The prices though are quite higher!

Beer on the bar is 500 Lek/5€ and the sun beds are 1,000 Lek for one umbrella 🏖

Although you can maybe find cheaper ones for 800.

Overall, it is worth a visit!

Amazing beach, it is a must!!!
(update info before the start of the high season 2023): We went today to Jale beach and there was a huge construction on the last part of the road. We had to leave the car 3.5 km away from the beach, and we faced some parts as showing in the pictures. There are two ways to reach the beach though. The construction is on the road close to the Livadi beach. The other road seemed to be fine. Even though we were not prepared for the 3.5 km walk, it was worth. We had nice views on the path.

Easy accessible via car and boat. The road is in good condition. You can find a free parking space (if you are lucky with some shade under the tree) or you can pay for parking business around. During the way you have a lot of space for camping (free or prepaid) that is a big ➕. Beach is amazing, one of the best in entire south Albania, crystal clear water. Further you swim, deeper you see the bottom of the sea with it's flora and fauna. There are some amazing business alongside where you can find everything, bar,restaurants, market etc... There is something for everyone, there is public beach, sunbeds for rent, gazebo also a vip area called Folia at the right part of the beach behind the rocks. At the left side is located a military area where the view is amazing and you can take pictures. Thumb up for Jali beach, one of the finest and well structured of the entire Albania 🇦🇱 😀 👌. A must visit place 📌

Stayed at Social Camping right opposite this beach. The water was beautiful and incredibly clear. Rocky beach, but most of them on this coast are. Loads of sun beds and many bars available! Less hectic than the bigger beaches like Dhermi.

The best beach in the south Albanian seaside.

One of the most beautiful beaches. Recommend for young people. A lot of bars,music is everywhere and is very good.

Great place to spend your summer
It has camping and hotels as well as restaurants and bars.
If you don’t like the beach there with the beach bars you have two more options on more free beaches it’s the aquarium beach and one before that.
The camping was great with all the things provided

Nice little beach - water clear. The town/beach is more quiet as other beaches (not many people there walking around). There are few restorants, market. Prices in restaurant are higher than in other Albania, but it is not so crowdy as well. Some parksites for campervans. Everything you need is there. Good enough for few days stay.

Wonderfull experience at the social camping Jale. Delicious meal and a very warm wellcoming. Peace of mind

It has beautifull sunset and the water is crystal clean. If you like small beaches you will fall in love whith this beach :)

The road to the beach is really good.
When you arrive you will see paid parking left and right (500 lek), still if you drive for 2 more min you can easily park on the side of the road.
Sunbeds are cheap compared to other places, 1000 lek = 10 eur for 2 on the last row, there is also a public beach in the middle

Clear clean water !

The best beach we have been to in Albania.
1- Fully equipped and not very crowded.
2- They have few beach bars right next to each other with different umbrella and sun-bed quality of which all sell at 10 euro a set (twp heds) so of course we went for the best equipped one Bazz bar.
3- The beds have pillows and the service was great.
4- The water was so clean and they had showers.

I go as far as saying this is the best beach in all of Albania.
Prices - quite high but it's justified with the fact that they are far from the nearest shops.

There are few hotels and camping is a better option.
You can find restaurants , in some camping sites they offer all three meals and the food is quite good.
