A great stay here. Large rooms with a great view and balcony. Easy to park too. Host was so kind providing free water, apples and bananas on arrival. Breakfast had so many home made dishes as well as freshly cooked eggs and omelettes. Recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this Livadh location. The host was incredibly kind, making sure guests felt at home. Clean rooms with all the essentials, plus a stunning balcony view. The delicious and varied breakfast options were a highlight. I highly recommend this place.

Its one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in livadh. The host is very nice and kind and goes out of her way to make her guests feel comfortable. The rooms are very clean with all the necessities involved. Also the view from the balcony is mesmerizing. Not to mention the wide variety of breakfast that is very delicious. Id highly recommend this place.

One feedback: it would be better to have proper dark blinders/curtains in the room because in the morning it gets very bright and you cannot sleep without an eye-mask.

This beautiful little hotel in an unspoilt area has some of the most idyllic views anywhere I've been on the Albanian Riviera, overlooking a bay nestled by hills on either side, olive groves, a decent beach and turquoise sea below.

In late April, your main company are swallows and House Martins swooping over the valley. The most prominent sounds are from the birds and from bells on the sheep and goats.

It is also well appointed, very comfortable and provides a big and varying breakfast buffet.

The owners are lovely, speak English (among several other languages) and even gave me two jars of my favourite jam to take with me when I left.

I spent a lovely four days here and its very much recommended.

Proper hospitality at a thoroughly good price.

If I could, I would have left 6 out of 5 stars. It is the best hotel on the coast if not in all of Albania. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They deal with guests in the best possible way. I have never been so well served in any other hotel. Our luggage was lost during the flight, and the owners were eager to help us in our situation. Great hospitality. Breakfast is varied and delicious every day. Delicious desserts and coffee. The room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels and fragrant sheets. The view every morning encouraged to spend the day in this area. I recommend recommend recommend!

A truly fantastic place that I warmly recommend. The location is stunning, the rooms are ultra clean and comfy (bathroom and shower is super, too), the breakfast is freshly made and very tasty, and the owners are super kind and accommodating. The surroundings are peaceful and the beach just down the road. Highly recommended!

Great view from the room, property is very clean, food is really good.
Maria and her husband is super nice and helpful.
They even booked a bus for us from Himare to Tirana, dropped and waited for bus at busstop with us.

For the price paid, it is so worth it. The rooms are modern (ps: you do hear the people in the hall), the view is stunning, the people are nice. We were tempted to try the food in the hotel next to it (they are the same family), the view is also very nice, and the food was also too good ! The fish in the oven was tasty. Recommand !

One of the best places we stayed at in Albania! Maria made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. She cooked wonderful healthy meals. The rooms are clean and have a great view of the bay.

I love this place. We spent here 5 nights and it was fantastic. Lady Maria pampered us like a mother and we had everything we needed. The room is very clean and the breakfast is amazing. You won’t find another place like this.
