The Cat Bar

Very cool cocktail bar overlooking the main strip. Great vibe, great service, innovative tasty cocktails - Easterly Wind and Warm heart. They had 2 for 1 happy hour at 7pm when we were there on a Sunday in February.

Absolutely amazing hidden gem! You have to enter by going through the cafe downstairs and go up the stairs on the right until the 5th floor. Don’t be fooled by the hallway! The climb is more than worth the view and the cocktails and staff are amazing and fairly priced. They have Happy Hour between 20-22:00 (2 for 1 cocktails, at least when we were there).

We tried their signature cocktails and it was a blast!
The Mary Gimlet cocktail is super cool to watch to when the bartender makes it and the taste is unique, one of the best cocktail I had in my life. The Roasted Corn cocktail and Perilla-Gin & Tonic cocktail were also very good and the presentations are really nice, definitively a high end cocktail experience.

A new and wonderful bar in cat ba! The place looks amazing and is located on the roof with a view to the sea. The bartenders are talented, and as a bartender myself I can tell that the classic cocktails are done perfectly. They will soon have also their own drink menu! I highly recommend it!!! A really high-quality bar with unique drinks, a cool and elegant atmosphere, and great service. They clearly know about their drinks. I recommend the "Cat Bar milk punch" cocktail. There's also happy hour from 20:00 to 22:00!

Although climbing stairs is a bit tiring, I find it worth it. Delicious drinks, reasonable prices, ideal place to go on a date and watch the sunset. The bartender is funny, handsome, he's great ❤

Very lovely bar, excellent views. I loved the New Day cocktail. It was a little hard to find but is at the top of the Pod Hostel. There's a juice shop or something at the bottom you go through then up the hostel stairs.

I walked in and was greeted with smiles from all the waiters, they were very welcoming and we're very willing to chat! The atmosphere, the view of the busy streets and the harbour absolutely made my night in Cat Ba so much more memorable! Would definitely recommend!

Definitely a hidden gem on the waterfront of Cat Ba. You need to access via The Little Leaf cafe and walk up the stairs to the rooftop. Staff were so enthusiastic to serve us and happily gave us recommendations on what to drink. I ordered a cocktail that wasn’t included on the menu and they happily made it for me. Price of the cocktails is worth it alongside the fantastic view you have of the coast.
Worth noting that it is quite small here so it will fill up quite quickly, especially around sunset!

They give me a great cocktail. That’s name Mary Pickford a tropical cocktail combined from rum, cherry freshly, sweet and sour.

Best bar in Cat Ba? Happy hours 1+1 free 20-22 h. Great view, atmosphere. Free table football, darts, UNO, chess etc.

Easily one of the best additions on Cat Ba Island! But also one of the most unknown places to watch the sunset! It’s a must!!! The coffee is good and the beer is cheap! Not to mention the beautiful murals on the walls
