Cat Ba Oasis Bungalow & Restaurant.

My friends and I had a wonderful time. Will definitely come back to this one. We didn't even feel like leaving for the food was great and the ambience nice. Has a bar and a pool table. Has a small pool in the middle. The food is excellent! The cottages are perfect to lie down and do nothing but chill with a nice view of the hills around 😘👍⛰

Very nice place, great vibe, great atmosphere.
We had our dinner in Oasis bar two nights in a row - everything was delicious! Both local food and western food. Beer for only 10k vnd during happy hours.
Besides the restaurant, they also have a bar, a swimming pool and rooms.

(November 2018) Very elegantly laid out and tranquil. The swimming pool looks extremely inviting. Service is good and their creamed pumpkin soup is excellent as well as good value for money.

Delicious food and happy hour coctails 😉 we ordered shrimps with garlic, clams in tamarin sauce and squid with pineaple. Good price and quality. Nice atmosphere

Great bar and restaurant where you can drink cocktails and beer. Staff is very nice and drinks are there fast and taste very good. The prices are good and the restaurant is right in front of the pier. Nice location to chill drink and eat in the evening. Additionally you can smoke sheesha

Amazing budget place, great location, pool and comfortable rooms. Food is great and the service as well. They help you with renting bikes and tours.

Trés chill place. Evenings are great with good food and great vibes. And has a great pool to chill by the bar on a sunny noons. And it’s absolutely free to take Lee on a walk every evening!

I loved this place. The food was nice, atmosphere is nice, not noisy. It’s pretty big so people are not sitting right by you. Service is quite good, staff is really friendly. They have nice veggie options. Their coconut coffee is great!
Prices are average, after Hanoi it was pretty cheap.

Friendly staff, good food and drinks. They seem to have parties in the evenings too, but since we were here in the low season the dance floor was empty.

The perfect little hotel in the heart of the island. All the staff are very friendly and always keeping the hotel very clean.

You can book tours and hire mopeds directly from the hotel reception too.

The bar is very well priced and they even have a happy hour.

If you’re looking for good well cooked food you’ll be happy here too.

The pool area is perfect to to relax around and the shelters around the pool are amazing to sit in whilst there’s a storm

The staff is nice and welcomes you when coming in. The ginger chicken I had was very nice and the atmosphere in the place is very relaxed.

Wow! It was our best lunch in Vietnam!!

This is the perfect place for any food : starting with breakfast and ending with great dinner and drinks. Great service! Even when we were in s hurry to get our breakfast within 10 min ( because our hotel nearby forgot about early breakfast for us) they perfectly served us quick and excellent. Pool is a great addition to have fun with few drinks. I would highly recommend 👌🏼

Had a great night there. We had a vegetable hot pot which was amazing,we had no idea what we were doing so this awesome waiter named Tony came and basically saved the day he showed us what to do and helped us cook and served us he gave us great tips to make it taste better (chilli salt and lime). Tony was a great character, always smiling and fun. He would rush to light your cigarette before you could get your lighter out and he really seemed like he cared for every one, thanks Tony! The ambiance was nice it is a good vibe with good music and lighting . Really recommend this place.

If you are looking for good quality western food, i can say for the burger at least, this is the place. The manager is the best and will make your experience more enjoyable. Also a great place to hang out by the pool, if you are tired to roam the island on your scooter.

Perfect bar if you are looking for some cheap drinks and some snacks . Happy hour (6pm to 7pm) with FREE beer (Larouse, draft beer, very tasty). Yes, free!! From 7pm buy one get one free. Snacks are yummy too. Local is modern , with swimming pool, pool table and WC. Great facilities.

I came here for the pool and highly enjoyed it! A nice place to layout, and take a dip to cool off. This super cute kitty hung around too;) Much like the other local restaurants, don’t come expecting stellar service, because you won’t get it.

Definately a must if you are staying in Cat Ba.
Its a great place for a drink; I'd argue it's the best place on the main strip. They have a swimming pool that is free use for any customer and a free pool table also.

Currently they have a promotion offer of 10k for a draught beer and 50k for cocktails.
Almost all of their staff speak good English and some of the staff are western with great English speaking skills.
