Helpful friendly store. Staff very helpful in researching stock. Kudos to customer service agent Susanne who is a rock star. I bought an expensive hose that did not meet expectations. She took care of it ASAP. She is was friendly and upbeat.

I was running somewhat late but a very nice store rep, Rosalinda, told me not to stress and to get what I needed which was a nice relief.

Immediately someone asked me about help finding something and a super knowledgeable man, Glen, helped me gather the parts and give me tips for a DIY project and helped me get all the right pieces In probably 1/20th the amount of time it would have taken me originally!

This place is for people who are in home building. I came in for a few odds and ends and was impressed with the inventory.

It's a Home Depot in a shopping center that always has available parking. I like the self checkout lane improvement. Really makes getting in and out much more convenient.

When I was completely lost in the sea of different adapters for my garden dripping system, Glenn came to the rescue. He carefully listened to what I wanted to do and suggested a solution that made more sense for my situation. With his help, we were able to find the necessary parts and he truly saved my day! We got sand bags from the store. Good customer service. I got good help even at self billing area. Huge parking lot. Not crowded.

Great experience. Salesperson was patient, polite and professional. He worked with his manager to match the clearance price from the manufacturer's web site and threw in free home delivery. Couldn't be happier.

They "Always" have what I need! Seriously! And, ok, admittedly so, that my frequent flyer miles with them aren't extremely high, but when I/we need something, like at least once a month, we get what we expected!
Our merchandise of necessitiy to be on hand and available.
And again I must add, that larger projects (fortunately in our case), have been on the lower number scale the last five years, ( we purchased our modest accommodations, a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath as a non-fixer upper unit, and got lucky so far)!
But anyhow: Paint for in or outdoor walls, kitchen surfaces , shower and or toilet hardware, the occasional drilling and touch up, insecticides, garden fertilizer, flashlights, smaller things, have plentyful been available.
Even the unfortunate uncoming of the Covid19 situation hasn't changed this fact!
Always friendly, knowledgeable staff, no matter how busy they are helping other customers, tend to our needs in a timely manner. Even those waiting lines move quick, now longer these days since everybody became "Bob the Builder" with (to much) time on their hands, searching to build the ultimate time machine, or just a long planned tree house for the kids, that are now teenagers. Hey, a tree house is still fun!
I have always found my experience with Home Depot to be very satisfying and of course productive, at very reasonable prices!

This is one of the best Home Depots in the Bay Area hands down. Its well stocked and spacious. The staff is great compared to the other Home Depots (which sadly, isn't saying that much). The aisles are even a bit wider than some other Home Depots which is especially nice in times of social distancing. Bottom line, its still a Home Depot... but definitely one of the better ran locations in the Bay.

definitely more staff than I've ever seen before! didn't get the help i needed from the customer service desk unfortunately, but had a great experience with someone from the pro desk area. turned out my item was on the top shelf and needed a fork lift which he arranged. saw another staff member walking by, asking people if they needed help which is great to see! also love the variety of vegetables and herbs. rare hot peppers like carolina reaper, nice!

Great store, in a convenient location. I recommend using the mobile app as it tells you if things are in stock in your local store and the Aisle/Bay where they are located, and even the location within a store map. Another great service I have been using during the Pandemic is the “curb pickup”. I would order online and usually get a text within 30
Minutes indicating the order is ready for pickup. I would then drive to the store, open the app and tell the curb pickup spot I am on, and my order will be brought to me pretty quickly (no more waiting in line). The mobile app is even better if you have an Pro Xtra account as it provides a virtual copy of the receipt that makes returns a Breeze! Best Mobile experience from all brick and mortar retailers I have seen so far! Kudos to their IT team, you guys make shopping a delightful experience. Please keep innovating! Javier

Great to have a place where you can get almost anything. Needed to rivet a ballast to a fixture. Found my first rivet gun kit here. Worked flawlessly and conveniently packaged for a beginner. Countless screws, rolls of tape and the like purchased here. Good outdoor garden section here but you'll have to go somewhere else for pots more than two feet in diameter. Nice selection of plants including succulents.

For some unfortunate personal reasons I've come to this Home Depot for so many times that it's becoming just Home... Today is one of my most desperate days and this store once again saved me. The staff are very patient and knowledgeable. Jose at Appliance offered me more than just his professional experience throughout the day - he reached out to me in heart and helped me with pure kindness. It's gold and I literally can only thank with tears...

I ordered the shelves that I needed from HomeDepot.com and the process was very easy. They sent me text to inform me that my order was ready. I drove to the store, then clicked on a link to notify them that I was there. They delivered my shelves to my truck in 10 minutes. It was awesome.

Needed paint for my daughters room. All great up until we were paying. All questions answered great employees. The person helping my wife pay made her angry because she didn't have good manners by telling my wife harshly sign here and my wife said to her sign here please softly to show the teller to be kind and polite. I have owned many businesses and talking to my employees I explain the customer the client is the boss, because they bring the money. The boss only distributes the money. Anyway she may have had a bad day.

I had a two month home project and this store has kept my stess level low. ALL the employees were very patient and helpful evertime we went there to purchase something. They made it easy for me to return my unused items. Very friendly, customer Service staff. To top it off, the loaders went up and beyond to help us load and tie our bulky items. They personally connect with a smile and helpful attitude. Thank you guys! You all made my shopping experience stress less and positively memorable.
