I love this store the managers are very kind💞, If you need help finding something they will help you right away good service, Store is always cleaned and they always keep up with cleaning🤟🏽🤟🏽 - I Love This Store☺

All the store where closed because of the bad weather, thank to the lord Shannon Express Mart was their for me. Staff was very friendly and one of the staff member helped me with my bags in the car .

They do a damn good job here. They cater to the neighborhood the best they can. I’ve gone to this store over 15 years it’s came along way,....

Friendly staff just trying to do their best. The store was always there for everyone, no matter if there’s a snow storm or tornado coming.

I go to this store..The only thing I don't like is the 2-3 cashier of middle eastern decent saying "Wassup big money" or things that they obviously would not say to their own people. Comes off as if they're trying to fit in because they are intimidated by the mostly black customers that come to the store. Prices are above convenience📈💰

My experience here has been unpleasant. Particularly with an older gentleman cashier, he lacks proper etiquette in general. He doesn’t greet or say the total amount consistently, he seems to be bothered if I ask for a specific item over the counter, I mean there’s a difference between products. The last time I was there I gave him a specific amount of money and was short changed. I gave him 1.10$, he hmmd something as if I paid correctly, the total was 1.06, (I know because I had to lean over the damn plastic thing to see the screen total) I asked how much I gave him he said 1$, I said wasn’t it 1.10$? He repeated 1$, I stared confused, He asked me how much I gave him and I just said forget it and walked away.

But hey, feel free to go and have an experience there yourself :)

They sell blackmarket Vapes at an insane mark-up. I can buy real elf bars and lost Marys just down the street for half the price of their fake devices. Plus they only last half as long. Double cost for half the quality, just doesn't add up. They've lost my business for sure. Shame to because they were right across the street for me.

Do you not go there for a UPS drop off location they are horrible at giving you your package even if you have all the right credentials they will still make you wait to give you your package it doesn’t make any kind of sense that UPS will even use this horrible place for an access point !
