I just moved to town awhile back, and i was thrilled to see a legitimate Tea Shop in town. I've only been once so far, but it will absolutely be a regular thing.

The mini Pu'er cakes have a great taste and are very high quality

The Silver Needle White is probably my favorite so far that I've tried. Very little breakage, and it was absolutely all bud tips with hairs intact, no leaves at all. Sweet, fruity, not astringent at all.

I tried a few other blends as well, all were solid teas. Their "Chinese Restaurant" blend has been my go to drink with meals lately.

Then the girl working there was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. She's an awesome employee.

I'll absolutely be back. Stoked to have a legitimate tea store close again!

I have given Walnut Street coffee as gifts for the past couple of years and purchased some for myself as well. It's always been very well recieved and doesn't last long. There's no comparison between their coffee and massed produced coffee. The owner is very knowledgable about blends and helpful in making a selection. Customer service is top tier.

No. 1 spot for coffee and tea. They have a marvelous selection and it changes frequently, whilst keeping the classics. Small, smells divine, scoop your own beans kind of shop.
Friendly cashiers who always know what you want, and grind beans to whatever your need. Fun treats, odds and ends for kids and grown ups alike.

I went in today to get my sister-in-law some teas while she's pregnant. The woman at the front was super patient and helpful, she definitely knew more about what's safe to give pregnant women than I did, I just thought they needed decaf. Picked up a big assortment of sweets for my nephew as well, and everything was well-priced. The owner(?) even bagged everything up with a gift bag without my asking. The store was clean and organized, and I especially enjoyed all the individual tea packets since I could get a big variety. Very considerate and I definitely plan to get more gifts here!

Walnut Street Tea Company is a paradise for anyone who loves all things tea and coffee. I have been coming here for years. They have a wide selection of tea brands and styles, and have something for everyone. This is one of my go-to places for Christmas shopping! I love watching this place continue to grow!

Nifty little locally owned business that sells a pretty large variety of tea and coffee. The guy working there was friendly, and the selection was great. They also have loose leaf and bag tea, so there is something for everyone. Be aware if you come on the weekend it won't be easy to find parking.

Huge and great selection of tea, both loose leaf and tea bags. I do wish they would clearly label any allergens in their bulk loose leaf teas. Some teas are questionable for milk ingredients (like dark chocolate or caramel which sometimes contain dairy) so I just have to take my best guess. Overall i love the tasty mixes, I’m always able to find good flavors for fruity iced herbal teas and even seasonal teas like warm/spicy flavors for autumn/winter.

I've driven past this little spear point building but only recently stopped in and I was not disappointed in what I found inside: an abundance of every tea or herbal brew product that I could imagine (and then some). You can buy by the ounce or by the pound. There are teas in boxes and tins. They also have other merchandise but my focus was on getting some nice rooibos chai blend, which went great with milk! I also bought honey sticks for my wife and son. Great place!

I took my mother to this wonderful tea place that I went to once before. From the start everything was so wonderful the 2 store clerks working the floor helped me an my mom get around. My mother who is british felt so warmly welcomed an she felt like she was home again. I have never seen her so happy before until today she had a smile a mile wide and couldn't stop giggling like a little girl again. On the way home we couldn't stop talking about how amazing this place is. For anyone looking for a wonderful little tea place Walnut street is the place to go!!

I love this shop. It has a great selection of teas, accessories, candies, etc. They also have coffee but I’m not a coffee drinker so I can’t say much about their selection in that. All the employees I’ve interacted with pre- and post- pandemic have been super helpful and respectful. When I’ve ordered online they have been super responsive. I highly recommend getting your teas here.

Love this place! So many good teas, If I had to pick my favorite I'd reccomend the black currant! The staff are all very friendly and helpful and it's a very cute store! I'm looking forward to my next visit to champaign so I can come here again.

I may live an hour away but this is my new tea spot. I found an Irish Cream tea that I had been searching for for over a year, and there it was! A lot of box/bagged teas, but a good selection of loose leaf teas as well. They have really cute mugs and tea accessories. And even high grade matcha. Love it here!

Loyal following, courteous, attentive and polite staff. Very wide selection, that makes also for seasonal, birthday, family and friends gifts. Conveniently located in a classic style corner building. Well worth a stop in to try some traditional flavors or something new.

I love it! This place offers a nice selection of tea, bagged and loose alike. You can get prepackaged canisters/boxes or you can fill a plastic bag with tea from a jar on a shelf. You can also get coffee in bags or in bulk. They also have teapots and various brewing apparatus. My favorite thing about this place is that I can buy tea in small quantities, so I can brew teas that would be entirely out or my price range if I were to buy, say, four ounces of it.

Excellent place for tea and coffrr. Tea comes in bags or bulk. You can get the real high end teas hear or the more economical ones. Their bulk tea is very good quality and very reasonably priced. They will grind the coffee for you. Lots of accessories and European snacks. Very friendly staff. I like to visit this store every time I'm in town.

Amazing little tea shop! Pretty much has any tea you could hope for! They also have bulk loose tea as well. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back!
